FUE, no incisions and no stitches

Grafts are harvested from the donor area at the back of the head and moved through micro-punctures of about 1 mm, without leaving scars. Before the operation the doctor settles the shape with you, taking your facial features into account. Transplanted hair grows for life and the beard is styled as usual.

When you first sit down with the surgeon, the brow shape is drawn, reference images are looked at jointly and the proportions of your face guide the lines. Every hair is angled to natural growth, which is what keeps the brows convincing. Brows stalled by long years of plucking are helped too.

Process
Care for each patient, comfortable rooms, modern equipment
Patients in Dubai start with a free consultation, where the doctor explains the FUE and DHI methods, answers questions, and builds a personalized surgical plan.
Patients in Dubai reserve their date by paying a deposit, either by card at the clinic or online, with the terms set in a medical services contract.
Preparing for the procedure means taking the tests on the clinic's list, following the instructions provided along the way.
Because local anaesthesia is used, patients in Dubai experience no pain during the operation.
Grafts come from the donor area — the back of the head or temples — collected in a way that avoids stitches entirely.
Surgeons carefully implant the grafts into the balding zone.
The clinic takes care of recovery by giving you everything required and detailed instructions.
The crusts come off, the swelling subsides, the area slowly heals
A normal stage. Only the hairs shed, the follicles stay in place
The zone starts filling in and the effect can be seen
The hair grows denser, the main volume and contour are visible
Volume and the line of the hairline are both finished
Free, before the operation, and nobody holds you to it.

І experienced hair loss due to COVID and turned to this clinic; they helped me and performed a hair transplant, moving hair from the back of my head to my temples. Thank you.

I traveled to City Medical Centre, where they helped me overcome hair loss through a transplant to the balding areas of my scalp. I am grateful to the doctors for performing the procedure painlessly.

I am sharing my experience, because before the operation I went through a pile of reviews myself and was looking for real stories. I had a beard transplant six months ago. Honestly, in the first days after the procedure I felt a little jittery: my face looked unfamiliar, there was slight swelling and small scabs. In the first couple of months the hair partly fell out, as the doctor had warned. But now the result truly makes me very happy) From about the 4th month active, even growth began. The transplanted hair took very well, the beard now looks as natural as possible, no bald patches are left. The beard became much thicker and denser, with the shape I had thought about for a long time. All in all, I recommend the clinic, the doctor was polite and explained everything 👍 The result is definitely worth it!

What people ask
People often say hair implants, but no artificial hair is used. In a hair transplant the doctor moves your own follicles (grafts) from the donor area to thinning or bald areas using FUE or DHI.
Yes. City Medical Centre accepts patients from other cities and countries, and an online consultation is available before you decide.
The base prices are $2,200 (≈ AED 8,100) (FUE), $2,500 (≈ AED 9,200) (DHI) and $2,700 (≈ AED 10,000) (combined). The precise cost is determined at a free consultation and graft count, then fixed in your contract.
Surgery is done in one day, and patients go home the same day it's finished.
It helps with stable pattern hair loss and a receding hairline when there are enough donor grafts. Some types of alopecia need treatment first; the doctor checks this at the consultation.
It's a painless procedure, carried out under local anaesthesia.
FUE means tweezer-based, incision-free graft harvesting. DHI means channel-free implantation with a Choi pen. Combined DHI+FUE uses FUE for harvesting and the DHI pen for implanting.
Your graft count is worked out for free by the doctor during the consultation, based on the donor zone.
The timeline is: 0–10 days healing, 2–4 weeks shedding (normal), 3–4 months new growth, 6–9 months visible density, and 12–18 months for the final result.
Hair growth is covered by a lifetime guarantee, fixed in the signed contract.
There is a medical licence, and care is provided to the standards and clinical guidelines
under Ministry of Health.

The transplant fits a patient from Dubai because it is short and light: FUE and DHI, no cuts, no stitches, local anaesthesia, one day. Graft survival is 98-100 %, and a price from $2,200 (≈ AED 8,100) is fixed in the contract after a free count of the grafts.
The photo does the work at the start for a patient in Dubai: it goes to the doctor, the online consultation is free, and the answer about whether a transplant helps comes back to you. Open 24/7.
Healing needs 0-10 days of your patience and nothing else. Then at 2-4 weeks the transplanted hairs shed, a normal turn of events. Growth starts at 3-4 months and continues long after that first sign of it.
Prices are in US dollars; the amount in brackets is an approximate conversion to AED at the official peg of 3.6725 AED per US dollar, rounded up. The final price is fixed in your contract.

How we prepare and review medical content · Medical disclaimer
Dubai had an estimated 3,944,751 residents in 2025, and 92% of them are expatriates. Before comparing providers, start with one fact: every health facility in Dubai, free zones included, is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, the DHA. According to Gulf News, which cites the authority, doctors, technicians and nurses also have to pass a DHA exam before they may work in the emirate.
The same report describes three checks that anybody can do without a clinic's help. The first is the professional's DHA licence card. The second is the facility licence, normally displayed at reception or at the entrance and also searchable on dha.gov.ae. The third is the Dubai Medical Registry on the authority's website: for a doctor it shows licence details, the category of the licence and work history in Dubai, and for a facility it shows the specialties it is licensed for.
Use the registry as a reflex for every provider you compare, including us. Ask the coordinator for the full name of the doctor who would carry out your transplant, then look at how that name and specialty are recorded. The hair team described to patients includes a hair transplant doctor and trichologist surgeon, a dermatovenereologist and trichologist surgeon with 11 years of experience, and a plastic surgeon with 9 years in practice. The clinic operates under a medical licence, and diplomas and certificates can be viewed before any payment is made.
Spoken reassurance is easy to give and hard to compare later, so turn the early conversation into paper. Ask for six things in a single message: the medical licence number, the legal name of the organisation that provides care, the credentials of each doctor involved, the medical services contract, a list of what the agreed sum covers, and the schedule of follow-up checks.
Then read what comes back with a pen. Does the contract name the method, and does it say how many grafts were counted? The doctor settles the number only after inspecting the donor zone, so a figure quoted before any examination is an estimate, not a count. Is it clear that the agreed sum stays fixed on the day of surgery? Does the list of inclusions mention dressings, healing checks, a care plan for the grafted and the donor areas, guidance on hair washing, sleep and headwear, and a plan for returning to sport and hair care?
Next, separate what was promised in conversation from what was signed. Anything that matters to you, such as who operates, how many follow-up checks take place and whether photographs can be sent between them, should appear in the signed text or be sent to you in writing. Here the structure is five post-operative checks, at 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, with a personal coordinator who receives photographs as things change.
Finally, if you are weighing two clinics, ask each of them the same questions in the same order and set the answers side by side. Differences in method, in who performs the work and in what is put on paper tell you more than any gallery of results.
When the licence, the contract and the list of inclusions are in your folder, read them as an editor would. Mark every sentence that contains a number, a date or the word included, and ask the coordinator to confirm each one in a single reply. This turns a friendly chat into something you can reread a year later.
Add a second page for your own questions: how will the front of the scalp be shaped, how many hours will the donor area be worked on, who checks the grafts, and what happens if you need to ask something between the scheduled checks. The coordinator is reachable at any hour, so no question needs to wait for a weekday.
Three techniques are offered, and they differ in how grafts leave the donor area and enter the skin. FUE takes each graft with forceps, without cuts or stitches. DHI places a graft directly with a Choi pen, so no channels are prepared beforehand. The combined protocol extracts by FUE and implants by DHI.
Survival is quoted at 98 to 100 percent for FUE, as an average given for guidance; the doctor sets out the exact figures at the consultation. Grafts come from the back of the head or the temples, and the work is done under local anaesthesia in a single day.
Take three questions into the conversation. Why this method for my donor area and my pattern of loss? What would change the recommendation? And who performs each stage? The clinic's answer to the last one is that the doctor at the consultation is the doctor in the operating room, and it is reasonable to ask for that in writing.
The same donor area serves other places. For a beard, grafts move through micro-punctures of about 1 mm, leave no scars, and the shape is discussed beforehand with your facial features in mind. For eyebrows the surgeon first draws the line and reviews reference photographs with you; each hair is set at its growth angle, and the work suits growth lost through years of plucking as well.
Keep the comparison practical. Put the three names in a table with a column for what the doctor says about your donor area, a column for the reason given and a column for what the contract states. A method that is recommended without a reason deserves a follow-up question, and a reason that never reaches the contract deserves two.
The first step is small by design: leave a phone number and send pictures of the places where hair has thinned. A coordinator replies in WhatsApp or Telegram, available 24/7, and the first answer normally comes within 15 minutes. A doctor reviews the photographs and says whether a transplant would help. Nothing is booked at this stage and nothing is charged.
Good pictures save a round of messages. Use daylight, dry hair parted as you normally wear it, a plain background and no flash. Photograph the crown, the front, both temples and the back, and add a clear view of the donor zone. If you have an older photograph that shows earlier density, include it.
Add a few lines of text: when the loss began, how quickly it has moved, whether relatives are affected, what you have tried, and your medical history. Mention anything from the list of contraindications, which includes trichotillomania, body dysmorphic disorder, cancer, being under 18, intolerance to anaesthetics, epilepsy, serious heart conditions, diabetes mellitus, a pacemaker, HIV or hepatitis B and C, and pulmonary embolism.
A transplant helps in androgenetic or diffuse alopecia and where bald areas or a receding front of the scalp have formed. The answer may be no for a high frontal line, insufficient hair density, genetic traits of hair growth, shedding after illness or hormonal imbalance, damage from a burn or an injury, and patchy alopecia. The doctor would rather say so at the consultation than see you spend money for nothing.
Gulf News, citing the Dubai Health Authority, reports that all health facilities in Dubai, free zones included, are licensed by the DHA and that doctors, technicians and nurses pass a DHA exam before practising.
The Dubai Medical Registry on the DHA website shows a professional's licence details, licence category and work history in Dubai, and the specialties a facility is licensed for. You can also ask to see the DHA licence card.
Gulf News notes that claims are most often rejected for lack of medical necessity, with cosmetic procedures given as an example, and that the standard exclusions of the Basic Benefits Plan include treatment of alopecia, baldness and hair falling. A higher-premium policy may not exclude them, so read your own policy documents.
The medical licence number, the legal name of the organisation providing care, the credentials of each doctor, the contract for medical services, and a list of what is included, from preparation through the 12-month follow-up.
That the person who studied your donor zone and counted the grafts is the one who operates, which is how the clinic describes its own practice. If you want that stated in the signed text, ask for it before paying a deposit.
A photo review is free and books nothing. The doctor looks at pictures of the thinning areas and tells you whether a transplant would help. A date is only reserved with a deposit and a signed contract.
Match four things: the method, the number of grafts, the area to be covered and the person who performs the work. A quotation that cannot name its method or its graft count is not yet comparable.
