Hair transplant cost by country: one price, four currencies

Most price lists change as you cross borders; ours does not. The dollar price of a hair transplant is the same for every patient, and this page shows the same three methods in euro, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona and Polish zloty.

One price, shown in four currencies

Pages about hair transplant cost by country usually compare markets. This one does something simpler: it shows our own three price lines in the currencies patients actually ask about. The columns labelled Norway, Sweden and Poland are not three different offers; they are the same dollar figure converted into Norwegian krone, Swedish krona and Polish zloty. The dollar column is the base price and is identical for every patient, and the other columns are approximate conversions at the European Central Bank reference rate of 2 October 2026, rounded up. If the rate moves, the dollar figure stays and the conversions are refreshed.

The three methods in the table

Each row of the table is a method, not a location. FUE at $2,200 is the classic technique: grafts are extracted one by one and implanted with forceps, without incisions or stitches on the donor side, and it is listed for androgenetic alopecia. DHI at $2,500 implants each graft with a Choi pen in a suture-free way and is listed for densification. The combined DHI and FUE option at $2,700 extracts with FUE and implants with the pen, and it is listed for both indications. Nothing in the table changes with where you live.

How to read the currency columns

Take the FUE row: $2,200 in dollars, €2,000 in euro, 21 500 kr in Norwegian krone, 22 500 kr in Swedish krona and 8 600 zł in Polish zloty. The DHI row reads $2,500, €2,250, 24 500 kr, 25 500 kr and 9 800 zł, and the combined row $2,700, €2,450, 26 500 kr, 27 500 kr and 11 000 zł. These local amounts are reference conversions so you can size the figure in money you know; the contract itself is written on the dollar base, and the conversions are rounded up rather than shaved down.

What this page deliberately leaves out

You will not find other clinics or other markets quoted here, and no row claims to undercut anyone. That is a rule, not an omission: our price exists in one version, set by the centre, and comparing it against numbers assembled under different conditions would tell you nothing reliable. What the table can do is show that a patient paying in krone and a patient paying in zloty sit on exactly the same price line, with the same methods behind it and the same contract terms.

What decides your final figure

The table gives three entry points; the consultation turns one of them into your price. The number of grafts and the method are decided by the surgeon after looking at photos of the thinning area, and the confirmed figure is then fixed in the contract with no hidden extra charges. The initial consultation is free, so the only way to know your exact line is also the way that costs nothing. If the surgeon finds that surgery is not what your case needs, that is said at the same consultation.

How to get your figure and book

Write to a coordinator in Telegram or WhatsApp, both available around the clock, and send photos of the area. You will get the method the surgeon considers, the confirmed price in dollars and, if it helps, the conversion into your currency. For the full picture, the hair transplant page describes the methods, the price page lists what the amounts cover, and our currency note explains the conversion in detail.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price different in Norway, Sweden or Poland?

No. The dollar price is the same for every patient. The columns for krone, krona and zloty are the same amounts converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 2 October 2026 and rounded up, so they move only when the rate does.

What currency do I actually pay in?

Prices are set in US dollars, and that is the base the contract is written on. The euro, krone, krona and zloty amounts in the table are approximate conversions, given so you can size the figure in familiar money.

How much is DHI in Norwegian krone?

DHI reads 24 500 kr in the krone column, next to $2,500 and €2,250. The combined DHI and FUE line is 26 500 kr, and classic FUE is 21 500 kr, all converted from the same dollar base and rounded up.

Does the price change with the number of grafts?

The table is priced by method. The surgeon decides the graft count for your case at the consultation, and the confirmed figure you receive there is the one fixed in the contract, with no hidden extra charges added later.

Why does this page not compare other markets?

Because the table covers only our centre. Comparing our figure against numbers assembled elsewhere would say nothing reliable, so the page keeps to what we can stand behind: one price, the same for every patient, in four currencies.

How do I start?

Message a coordinator in Telegram or WhatsApp, both available around the clock, and send photos of the thinning area. The consultation is free, and the confirmed price is given there and written into the contract.
