Price confirmed after consultation
The surgeon assesses your case and confirms the price before you book
Send a few photos to a coordinator and talk it through online. The first consultation is free and without obligation, and you decide on surgery only afterwards.
Blepharoplasty can be done on the upper eyelids, the lower eyelids, or both in one operation. The approaches differ in where the incision is placed. At the consultation the surgeon helps you choose after examining your lids.
Upper blepharoplasty
Incision in the natural eyelid crease
Price at consultation
Main goal
Remove excess skin of the upper lids
Best suited when
Lids feel heavy, or skin folds rest on the lashes
Approach
Scar is hidden in the crease when the eye is open
Lower blepharoplasty
Incision below the lash line or inside the lid
Price at consultation
Main goal
Treat under-eye bags and loose lower-lid skin
Best suited when
There is puffiness, or loose skin under the eyes
Approach
Inside-the-lid approach has no skin incision, for fat
These methods are described in general terms. The extent of surgery and the recovery depend on the individual patient, and the surgeon confirms both for your case after examining you.
At the consultation the surgeon builds a plan for your case and explains each step.
If your concern can be solved without surgery, the surgeon will tell you so honestly. The operation is considered only when it suits your health and goals.

Not sure which column applies to you?
Send photos to a coordinator in Telegram or WhatsApp. The surgeon reviews them and gives an opinion, with no commitment to surgery.
Each stage is explained in advance, so you know what comes next and who to ask.
1
Online consultation and plan
You send photos and talk with the surgeon online. Together you discuss what you want, and the surgeon outlines a plan for the upper lids, lower lids, or both.
2
Choosing and booking the date
Once the plan and the price are confirmed, you choose a date that suits you. A coordinator is available at any hour to answer questions and help with arrangements.
3
Pre-operative preparation and tests
The surgeon reviews your medical history and medicines, and an eye assessment, photographs and standard tests are done. Blood-thinning medicines and supplements are stopped only on the surgeon's instructions, and smoking should be stopped as advised.
4
The operation
Surgery is done under local anaesthesia with sedation or under general anaesthesia, chosen by the surgeon and anaesthetist. The surgeon removes excess skin and, where needed, repositions or removes small amounts of fat.
5
The first hours and days
Swelling and bruising around the eyes are normal. Cold compresses and sleeping with the head raised help, and whether you stay overnight is decided individually.
6
Recovery and follow-up
Swelling settles over the first couple of weeks, and stitches, if not dissolving, are usually removed within the first week. The surgeon schedules follow-up checks, while the final contour settles over several months.
At the consultation the surgeon will explain how the operation goes in your case.
Message a coordinator on Telegram or WhatsApp and send a few photos. The first consultation is free and without obligation, and the surgeon will review your case and outline a plan online.
The surgeon removes excess skin and, where needed, repositions or removes small amounts of fat, sometimes tightening muscle. Anaesthesia is local with sedation or general, chosen by the surgeon and anaesthetist.
Swelling and bruising are normal and settle over the first couple of weeks. Many people return to desk work after one to two weeks. Avoid contact lenses, eye make-up, strenuous exercise and heavy lifting as advised; recovery is individual.
In upper blepharoplasty the incision lies in the natural eyelid crease, so the scar is hidden when the eye is open. Lower-lid incisions are just below the lash line, or inside the lid with no skin incision.
The surgeon explains risks before surgery: temporary dryness or irritation of the eyes, bruising, asymmetry, infection and scarring. Rarely, there may be changes in vision or difficulty closing the eyes fully.
Surgery may be unsuitable, or need clearing first, with uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes, clotting disorders, severe dry-eye disease, active infection, unstable thyroid eye disease, serious heart or lung disease, pregnancy, or under 18.
The final contour settles over several months. The result is long-lasting, but natural ageing continues. The operation does not lift the eyebrows or cheeks, remove pigmentation dark circles, or erase fine wrinkles.
It depends on the extent of surgery you need, such as upper, lower or both lids, and on the anaesthesia chosen. The price is confirmed after the surgeon's assessment, before you book.
