PRP and SVF cell therapy for many joints, from knee and hip to shoulder. First step: a free review of your imaging

No surgery — an injection instead of an operation

Own tissue — your blood and adipose tissue

Ultrasound guidance for every injection

and review of your scans
Regenerative care for joints is based on your own material. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is obtained from blood, and the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from a small amount of adipose tissue; the doctor then injects it into the affected joint to reduce pain and inflammation and to support its internal tissues.
Suitable for people with joint pain who would rather avoid or postpone surgery, or who were told a joint replacement is inevitable. The earlier the condition, the better the odds of a lasting effect — something the doctor judges from your scans.

Large and small joints can be treated; the doctor settles the joint, the method and the injection count after checking your scans
Elbow
Overuse or sports-related pain and wear of the joint surfaces
Hand and wrist joints
Stiff, painful small joints in the fingers and wrist
Knee
Cartilage wear, meniscus problems, pain on stairs and after walking
Hip
Early hip osteoarthritis, groin pain, limited rotation
Ankle
Pain and stiffness after sprains and old injuries
Shoulder
Pain on raising the arm and wear of the joint and nearby tendons

Cell therapy (SVF) from your own adipose tissue
Processing a small sample of adipose tissue yields the stromal vascular fraction (SVF), a blend of cells that help tissue repair. The doctor combines it with your plasma and injects it into the problem joint.
It is typically chosen for more pronounced joint changes, with a longer-lasting result in mind.

PRP — platelet-rich plasma from your own blood
The doctor separates plasma rich in platelets and growth factors from a small amount of your blood and injects it into the joint. This helps to calm inflammation and supports tissue repair.
It works either as a stand-alone course of injections or alongside SVF.

Consultation and scan review
Your joint is examined and the doctor studies your X-rays, MRI or ultrasound to judge whether the procedure is suitable. Existing scans can be sent before the appointment.

Blood sample for PRP
The nurse takes a small amount of venous blood; platelet-rich plasma with growth factors is prepared from it afterwards.
The doctor tells you in advance which tests are needed.

Adipose tissue sample
Under local anaesthetic, a small portion of adipose tissue (about 30 ml) is taken through a puncture on the abdomen or inner thigh. No stitches are needed.

Processing in a centrifuge
Once spun in a centrifuge, the sample separates into layers, and the stromal vascular fraction isolated from it is mixed with platelet-rich plasma.
The whole procedure is done in one day.

Injection into the joint
Directly into the affected joint: the prepared material is injected under ultrasound guidance for precise placement.

Follow-up
You go without crutches and without a hospital stay; the doctor keeps in contact after the procedure and follows your joint's progress.

Follow-up visits
Check-ups after the procedure show the doctor how the joint responds, so the plan can be adjusted — typically pain eases in the first month, mobility improves within about three months and the full effect develops over around six months.

Usually you leave the same day and resume ordinary daily activity within a day or two, with small dressings over the puncture sites. The joint may ache slightly more during the first week — an expected reaction. Over the first month pain typically eases; over roughly three months mobility and activity improve; the full effect develops over about six months. Its duration is individual and depends on the stage of the condition, body weight, activity and other factors, so no fixed result can be promised. The doctor advises you personally on exercise and load for the first weeks.
We try to preserve the joint you have rather than replace it, using treatment without surgery

Your own tissue
Nothing from donors and nothing synthetic — only your own blood and adipose tissue

No crutches
Punctures rather than incisions, local anaesthetic and no lengthy rehabilitation

Second opinion
A doctor will independently assess your X-rays, MRI or reports free of charge once you send them

Support after the procedure
Not just the injection day: we keep in touch after the procedure and monitor the result
The joint, the method and the stage of the condition determine the cost, so it is set after the consultation

What is the difference between PRP and SVF?
PRP comes from your blood and is plasma rich in platelets; SVF is a cellular fraction from a small sample of your adipose tissue. Each works in its own way, and combining them often gives the joint a stronger regenerative effect.
Is the treatment safe?
With both methods the tissue is your own, so the chance of rejection or an allergic reaction is very low. Any injection can bring temporary pain, swelling or bruising, and infection is rare. The doctor talks you through the risks in your case at the consultation.
How long does the effect last?
It varies between patients. After PRP the effect commonly lasts from several months to about a year, and after SVF possibly longer. Because duration depends on the stage of the condition and your body, nobody can promise a fixed result.
Who should not have the procedure?
We do not perform the procedure in cases of cancer, acute infection, blood clotting disorders, pregnancy or a flare-up of a serious chronic illness. The doctor checks all of this at the consultation.
Is it possible to treat hip osteoarthritis (coxarthrosis) without surgery?
Early on, PRP or SVF injections plus exercise therapy and physiotherapy can lessen pain and improve how the joint moves. For a joint that is already badly damaged, replacement may be the more realistic option; after reviewing your scans the doctor will tell you honestly.
Can avascular necrosis of the hip be treated?
At stages 1–2, SVF therapy can be considered to help the blood supply to the femoral head and delay joint replacement; at later stages surgery is usually necessary.
Why try to avoid joint replacement?
Major surgery, long rehabilitation, risks like infection and implants that may need to be redone eventually — that is what a replacement involves. With early or moderate changes, preserving your own joint first is often sensible.
Can I get a second opinion on my scans?
Yes — send your X-rays, MRI, CT or medical reports, and a doctor will look at them free of charge, then tell you whether the procedure could suit you and what else may be needed.
How soon can I return to normal life?
Usually after a day or two. Crutches and long rehabilitation are not needed; for the first weeks you get recommendations on load and exercise from the doctor.
Does the treatment help with shoulder pain?
For the rotator cuff and the shoulder joint, PRP is used; SVF may be considered in more advanced shoulder arthritis. Whether this is right for you depends on the cause of the pain, which the doctor determines first.
The method relies on your own tissue only, so there is no donor or synthetic material. Plasma is prepared from a small blood sample, and SVF from about 30 ml of adipose tissue taken through a puncture. This is how non-surgical joint treatment works for everyone in Warsaw.
The procedure in Warsaw takes one day. Blood is taken from a vein for PRP, a small portion of adipose tissue is taken under local anaesthetic without stitches, the material is spun in a centrifuge, and the prepared mix is injected precisely into the affected joint.
The cost of joint treatment depends on the joint, the stage of the condition and the method, so the price is set at the consultation. The initial consultation and review of your scans are free for patients from Warsaw. Leave your name and phone number, and a coordinator will contact you.
