How it works
A personal correction plan, inpatient observation and a year of recovery monitoring.
1The surgeon assesses your figure, discusses your wishes and chooses the best volume, shape and correction method.
2A surgery date is booked in your name: pay the deposit by card at the clinic or by online bank transfer. The terms are recorded in the contract for medical services
3Ahead of surgery you go through full testing — blood tests, an ECG and other examinations as prescribed by the doctor.
4Your surgeon carries out the mammoplasty following your personal plan, under general anesthesia and with constant monitoring of your condition.
5After the operation you remain in the clinic's comfortable inpatient ward, cared for by the medical team until you are discharged.
6You get a personal recovery programme after the operation. Follow-up visits at 7 days, 3 and 6 months monitor healing; for a year, surgeon consultations are free of charge.

Before surgery, come off aspirin-containing drugs, steroids and any hormonal medications for chronic conditions
Oral hormonal contraceptives should be stopped no less than a month before the procedure
Do your tests a week before the operation
In the run-up to surgery, follow simple advice: keep work and rest in healthy balance, sleep more, avoid stress, anxiety and emotional strain, and ease off physical activity.
Avoid intense gym workouts for up to 40 days and overly active aerobics; after a month light cardio is possible. Watch your diet and meals.
After 3 weeks, post-op swelling disappears
After 3 months, discomfort disappears
Scars form within 3 weeks
No heavy exertion (lifting more than 3 kg)
In 3 months any inflammatory changes in the tissue disappear, and a “pocket” forms around the implant
After correction, recovery includes 1–1.5 months in compression garments
No raising arms above shoulder level — 3 weeks
Baths, saunas and physiotherapy are not allowed for up to three months

FAQ
Mammoplasty includes several procedures: augmentation (adding volume with implants), reduction (removing excess tissue and skin), mastopexy (lifting sagging breasts), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and asymmetry correction. The optimal method is selected individually, based on your wishes and the surgeon's recommendation.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
Complications are uncommon if every recommendation is followed, but possible ones include hematoma or seroma, wound infection, lower or higher nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
Mammoplasty results are durable: about 10–15 years following augmentation (until implant replacement) and 5–10 years following a lift or reduction. Weight, pregnancy, aging skin and gravity influence how long the effect lasts. Maintain it by wearing supportive underwear and watching your weight.
Whether breastfeeding remains possible after mammoplasty depends on the type of operation. With augmentation via an under-breast or armpit incision and the implant beneath the muscle, lactation is usually preserved, as the glandular tissue is spared. After a lift or reduction the risk is higher because ducts may be cut. Talk it through with your surgeon beforehand.
When choosing implants, the factors are material (silicone looks most natural, saline is used less often), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. The surgeon will find the best option for your anatomy and preferences.
General anesthesia is used for the surgery itself, so there is no sensation. In the first 1–3 days you may feel moderate discomfort, which painkillers relieve. Pain subsides significantly by day 5–7 and discomfort is gone by weeks 2–3. If pain becomes severe, inform your doctor right away.
Returning to work without physical exertion is possible after 7–14 days, and light walks after 1–2 weeks. Fitness and swimming are allowed after 4–6 weeks, strength training after 3 months, and the pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments: 4–6 weeks. Exact timing depends on recovery.
There is no scientific evidence that mammoplasty increases breast cancer risk. Implants do not cause cancer. After surgery, keep up regular screening — self-exams, mammography and ultrasound. Always tell the examining doctor about your implants.
A C-section does not rule out mammoplasty, but full recovery of the body must come first. Wait 6–12 months or more after giving birth and after you stop breastfeeding. Before surgery, you must have a surgeon's consultation and check-up.
There are scars after mammoplasty, though a skilled surgeon keeps them minimal. The incisions go in discreet areas, such as under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. Early on the scars are reddish, but over 6–12 months they fade and are almost unnoticeable.
In the first weeks after surgery, slight asymmetry is normal: swelling and uneven healing are behind it. If shape or size still differ after 3–6 months, see your surgeon for a check-up to find the reason.
Nipple and breast sensitivity can change temporarily after mammoplasty, either decreasing or increasing. It happens because nerve endings are irritated. Sensitivity usually returns within 3–12 months. If there is still no improvement after a year, consult your surgeon.
Hormonal drugs such as contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy do not influence implants directly. They may, however, cause swelling or breast tissue volume changes that temporarily affect how the breasts look. Inform your surgeon of these medications before surgery.

Breast augmentation is a mammoplasty in which implants add volume and correct the shape of the breasts. For patients from Safi, the surgeon helps choose the implant material, shape, surface, size and profile to match individual anatomy. Silicone implants give the most natural look, and both round and anatomical teardrop shapes are available. The procedure suits women who want fuller breasts or a better contour.
After the operation, check-ups are scheduled at 7 days, 3 months and 6 months. At each one the surgeon evaluates the result, monitors healing and answers questions. You can usually return to office work in 7–14 days, walk after 1–2 weeks and resume fitness in 4–6 weeks, with strength training after three months. The same schedule applies to Safi patients.
For patients from Safi, City Medical Centre offers breast augmentation at a fixed all-inclusive price from $4,700 (≈ MAD 46,500). Included are the consultation with result modelling, combined inhalation anesthesia, a comfortable room after surgery, meals, constant staff monitoring and a year of dressings and check-ups. Implant removal is $3,300 (≈ MAD 33,000). Getting started is simple: request a free consultation online.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

After two births I decided on a breast lift without implants. I chose Dmitry Sergeyevich and have no regrets. The result exceeded all my expectations: my breasts are lifted and the shape is youthful and firm. The incisions are minimal and almost invisible. I spent one day in the hospital, and the room was very comfortable. I recommend him!

Safi has a long habit of judging handmade things by proportion. Its potters, working in 212 registered workshops before the pandemic, can tell at a glance whether a bowl is balanced; and the city still keeps Portuguese-era fortifications, the Ksar el-Bahr and the Kechla, as reminders that people here have always cared how a structure is put together. The same instinct shapes what many women in this city of roughly 346,000 people (2024 census) want from breast augmentation: not a dramatic change, but a figure that sits in proportion with their shoulders, waist and height.
The usual starting points are familiar. Breasts that stayed small while the rest of the figure matured; a difference between the two sides; volume that faded after pregnancy and nursing; a shape that changed after a large drop in weight. Women in the city's workshops, fish-processing plants, shops and offices describe the same thing in different words, that clothes never sit as they should.
Augmentation answers these concerns when the goal is balance. It is a poor answer to a wish to copy someone else's photograph, and a surgeon who begins a consultation by asking you to choose a figure from a catalogue is starting the wrong way round.
A remote consultation starts with pictures taken in ordinary daylight, standing relaxed, from the front and both sides, without filters. With them go a few lines about your age, pregnancies, nursing, any weight changes in the past year and your plans for the next year or two. Send the set to the coordinators in Telegram or Telegram, where they reply around the clock.
From these inputs the surgical team assesses shoulder width, height, the starting shape of the chest and the quality of the skin. Only then does the discussion turn to implants: the type, the size that fits your measurements, and the placement of the pocket. A number on its own means very little. The same volume that flatters one frame can distort another, and the surgeon should be able to explain why a certain size suits you in terms of your own body.
A good sign is a first answer that refers to your photographs in detail. A warning sign is a reply that could have been sent to anyone.
Breast augmentation is performed under general anaesthesia, with an anaesthetist who monitors you from the moment you fall asleep until you wake fully in the recovery room. This is a requirement, not a refinement. After the operation you stay one day in hospital under medical observation, and then go home.
Prepare the house for your return. Arrange a bed where you can sleep semi-seated with two pillows, put light food within reach, and agree on who will drive you and who will help in the first days. If your home has stairs, think about which rooms you can avoid in the first week.
Before the date is set, ask the surgeon three questions and write down the answers: how the implant size was chosen from your measurements, where the implant pocket will be placed, and how the feeling in the breast is likely to change from tightness in the first weeks to softness over the following months. Comparing two offers is only meaningful when each has answered the same questions.
Women in Safi organise their year around work in ways that outsiders rarely see. The pottery and textile trades have their busy stretches, fish plants run their seasons and families plan around school terms and holidays. A sensible date for surgery sits in a gap between these peaks, with a few days either side that you can keep free of obligations.
Think also about the order of events in your own life. If you are planning a pregnancy within the next year or two, tell the surgeon at the outset, because it affects the timing and the advice. If your weight is still changing, whether upward or downward, say so as well. A result built on a stable weight is a result that lasts.
Finally, ask who will be at home with you during the first days. Having a sister, a mother or a friend in the next room does more for your comfort than any piece of equipment, and it lets you rest instead of getting up to manage small tasks.
Most patients return to work between day seven and day fourteen, provided the work involves no physical effort. A woman at a desk goes back near the start of that range; a woman who moves and carries in a workshop or a plant goes back near the end, at the surgeon's discretion. During these weeks you wear the compression garment the surgeon chooses, take regular short walks indoors, and avoid heavy lifting and repeated bending.
In the third week the swelling eases and the scars begin to fade, and two explicit limits apply: nothing heavier than three kilograms, and no raising of the arms above shoulder level. For a ceramics workshop this means that large vessels, high kiln shelves and heavy sacks of clay are handled by somebody else. Arrange that help beforehand, and do the same at home, where a toddler carried on one hip counts as a load.
Schedule the operation for a quiet part of your calendar. Safi's winter is mild; February days reach about 19.6 degrees and nights fall to 8.9, so layers of loose clothing hide the compression garment and the swelling without causing discomfort. Summer asks for more care, because August peaks near 29.3 degrees and the sun on fresh scars matters.
During the first month the swelling goes down and the breast begins to take on its natural shape and softness. The pocket around the implant continues to settle until about the third month, when the last discomforts disappear. Judge progress by monthly photographs taken from the same angle in the same light, not by daily mirror checks, which magnify small differences and cause needless worry.
Between the fourth and sixth weeks the doors to activity open: fitness classes, swimming in a pool and in the sea. The compression garment is worn for four to six weeks, and swimming should wait until it has been worn for its full time. The beaches along Safi's Atlantic coast are a pleasure for a healed body, so there is every reason to be patient about the date.
Weight training at the gym begins in the third month, once the pocket has completed its settling. Those who bring weights forward risk the stability and softness of the result, and that cannot be undone. When the third month is over, review the whole file: the first photographs, the measurements, the monthly pictures and the visit schedule. This closed file is what the surgeon will return to in any later visit.
In Morocco, doctors in both the public and private sectors are registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians. Ask the surgeon for his registration number and specialty and keep the reply in writing. The council's website does not offer a public search on its front page, so your direct written request is the dependable way to verify.
Ask each proposal for four items on paper: the type of implant and the size recommended, with reasons based on your measurements; the position of the pocket; the schedule of follow-up through the third month; and how your questions will be answered between visits. Treat with caution a promise of a size copied from another woman's photograph, pressure to sign in one sitting, and a reluctance to talk about registration.
Take the time you need. Read the replies quietly at home, speak to a person you trust, and send whatever remains unclear to the coordinators. A decision of this kind should not be hurried, and the time you give it is part of the quality of the result.
Safi receives very little rain in summer; August averages just 0.2 mm, while the annual total is 366.0 mm. The result is long, bright days. Sun on a fresh scar can fix its colour and slow its fading, so shade, light clothing and a high-protection routine recommended by the surgeon should become a habit during recovery. Scars pass through calming stages over several months, and protecting them is part of that process, not an optional extra.
If your operation falls in the warm months, plan your outdoor hours for early morning and evening, keep the compression garment clean and dry, and rinse sweat off promptly. In winter the main attention goes to staying warm enough that you do not hunch your shoulders, which tightens the chest.
It is better to wait until your weight has settled and the breast has returned to a stable shape after weaning, because weight gained or lost afterwards changes the result. The surgeon can read from your photographs whether the time has come or a short wait is wiser.
No. The size is chosen from your measurements: shoulder width, height, the original shape of the chest and the quality of the skin. During the consultation the surgeon discusses the options with you, often with trial implants, until you can see the proportion for yourself.
In the first weeks the recommended position is on your back, semi-seated with two pillows, until swelling subsides. The surgeon then allows side sleeping in stages. If you are a habitual side sleeper, place pillows along your sides to limit turning in your sleep.
It is designed to stay under ordinary clothing without restricting calm movement, and it is worn for four to six weeks. During the first two weeks your tasks are light anyway, and after the garment comes off, normal movement returns gradually with the surgeon's clearance.
In the third week the limit is firm: no load above three kilograms and no raising of the arms above shoulder level. After that, the surgeon sets a gradual return according to your work and your progress. Describe the real weight of your tasks, so that the plan fits them.
Yes. Sun on fresh scars can fix their colour and weaken their fading, so shade and sun protection should be part of your daily routine for the months of recovery, especially in a dry summer like Safi's.
Differences in swelling between the two sides in the first weeks are common and are read over time, not on a single day. Photograph the area in the same light and from the same angle, and send the pictures to the coordinators, who pass them to the doctor.
A sheet that states the implant type and proposed size with reasons, the pocket position, the follow-up plan to the third month and the channel for answers between visits, together with the surgeon's registration number with the Moroccan medical order. An offer that provides all of this can be compared; anything missing should be written down first.
Yes, from the first message. Pregnancy and nursing change breast tissue, so the surgeon may advise waiting, or may adjust the plan. Being open at the start prevents disappointment later.
Look for details. A genuine reply refers to your photographs, your measurements and your plans, and asks questions you had not thought of. A copied reply speaks in generalities and avoids specifics, and you can ask the coordinators to confirm that the surgeon has seen your file.
