What to expect
A personal correction plan, inpatient observation and a year of recovery monitoring.
1Your figure is assessed, your wishes discussed, and the surgeon chooses the best volume, shape and correction method.
2Your surgery date is reserved for you: the deposit can be paid by card at the clinic or online by bank transfer, and the terms are fixed in the medical services contract
3Before surgery you complete a full set of tests: blood tests, an ECG and other examinations prescribed by the doctor.
4The operation follows your individual mammoplasty plan and is performed under general anesthesia with continuous monitoring of the patient.
5After surgery you stay in the clinic's comfortable inpatient ward under the care of the medical team until discharge.
6After surgery you get a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months help track your recovery. For a year after surgery, consultations with your surgeon are free.

Oral hormonal contraceptives should be stopped no less than a month before the procedure
Do your tests a week before the operation
Before surgery it helps to follow a few easy steps: rest as well as work, sleep more, keep away from stress, anxiety and strong emotions, and reduce physical activity.
Avoid intense gym workouts for up to 40 days and overly active aerobics; after a month light cardio is possible. Watch your diet and meals.

FAQ
Under mammoplasty come several procedures: augmentation (increasing volume using implants), reduction (excess tissue and skin removal), mastopexy (lifting for sagging), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and correcting asymmetry. The surgeon's advice and your wishes guide an individual choice of the best method.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
If all recommendations are followed, complications are rare, but they may include hematoma or seroma, wound infection, reduced or increased nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
The effect of mammoplasty lasts for years: about 10–15 years after augmentation (until the implants are replaced) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. Duration depends on weight, pregnancy, skin aging and gravity. Supportive underwear and a stable weight help the result last.
Whether breastfeeding remains possible after mammoplasty depends on the type of operation. With augmentation via an under-breast or armpit incision and the implant beneath the muscle, lactation is usually preserved, as the glandular tissue is spared. After a lift or reduction the risk is higher because ducts may be cut. Talk it through with your surgeon beforehand.
The choice of implant looks at material (silicone looks most natural, while saline is used less often), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. The surgeon will choose what works best for your anatomy and wishes.
The operation is done under general anesthesia, so the patient feels nothing. Over the first 1–3 days moderate discomfort may occur and is eased with painkillers. By day 5–7 pain drops noticeably, and by weeks 2–3 the discomfort has gone. If the pain is severe, let your doctor know at once.
Most patients return to work (without physical exertion) after 7–14 days. Light walks are fine after 1–2 weeks. Fitness and swimming come after 4–6 weeks, strength training after 3 months, pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments are worn for 4–6 weeks. Exact timing depends on your recovery.
There is no scientific evidence that mammoplasty increases breast cancer risk. Implants do not cause cancer. After surgery, keep up regular screening — self-exams, mammography and ultrasound. Always tell the examining doctor about your implants.
It is possible to have mammoplasty after a C-section, provided the body has recovered fully. Wait no less than 6–12 months after birth and after finishing breastfeeding. A surgeon's consultation and examination are needed before the operation.
Mammoplasty does leave scars, but in the hands of a skilled surgeon they are minimal. Incisions are placed in hidden areas: under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. Scars look reddish in the first months, yet within 6–12 months they fade and become nearly invisible.
A little asymmetry in the early weeks after the operation is normal, due to swelling and uneven healing. If the shape or size still differs after 3–6 months, have your surgeon examine you to determine the cause.
A temporary decrease or increase in nipple and breast sensitivity is possible after mammoplasty, caused by irritated nerve endings. Most of the time sensitivity returns within 3–12 months. If it has not improved after one year, see your surgeon.
Although hormonal drugs (contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy) have no direct impact on implants, they can produce swelling or changes in breast tissue volume, temporarily affecting appearance. Be sure your surgeon knows about such medications before surgery.

Breast augmentation is a mammoplasty in which implants add volume and correct the shape of the breasts. For patients from Kenitra, the surgeon helps choose the implant material, shape, surface, size and profile to match individual anatomy. Silicone implants give the most natural look, and both round and anatomical teardrop shapes are available. The procedure suits women who want fuller breasts or a better contour.
The journey begins with an initial consultation: the doctor examines and palpates the breasts to rule out lumps and discusses expectations with you. Patients from Kenitra then complete a pre-op work-up — blood tests, coagulation panel, infection screening, ECG, chest X-ray and breast ultrasound. The surgery lasts 1.5 to 3 hours under general anesthesia, followed by one day of inpatient observation.
How much is breast augmentation in Kenitra? From $4,700 (≈ MAD 46,500) for the complete package. That sum includes the surgery, anesthesia, inpatient care with meals, round-the-clock monitoring by staff and a full year of post-op follow-up until the final result. To start, send your name and phone number or write in a messenger; a coordinator will contact you and book a free consultation.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

After two births I decided on a breast lift without implants. I chose Dmitry Sergeyevich and have no regrets. The result exceeded all my expectations: my breasts are lifted and the shape is youthful and firm. The incisions are minimal and almost invisible. I spent one day in the hospital, and the room was very comfortable. I recommend him!

Among the 507,736 residents of Kenitra in the 2024 census on the bank of the Sebou, many women live with a breast smaller than their need, or asymmetrical after pregnancy and nursing, or reduced after weight loss, and they see in clothing what others do not: a dress whose shape vanished, and confidence that dipped on an occasion that tolerates no shortfall; breast augmentation is the option for these cases when the woman wants a size that fits her frame rather than a number borrowed from someone else.
The file opens remotely with daylight photographs of the chest from the front and both sides, plus lines about age, past pregnancies, nursing, weight stability and any conditions; the set travels over Telegram and Telegram to a team that reads at every hour, and a first assessment returns that discusses the size fitting your frame, your height and your shoulder width, not a size chosen for a friend.
The remote consultation here separates two wishes that resemble each other from afar: the woman who wants a size that fills a hanging garment, and the woman who wants back what nursing took; the difference between them lies in the measurements, the original chest shape and the skin quality, all read from the photographs before any word about cup sizes, because the pocket to be made in your chest is drawn on your measurements, not on a substitute figure.
And the city's various schedules open the file in different ways: an employee in one of the administrations waits for her annual leave, a young mother waits for weaning and the settling of weight, and a shopkeeper in the city market waits for the season's close; the remote format lets the file open today while everything else waits for the date its owner finds comfortable.
Breast augmentation is performed under general anaesthesia handled by an anaesthetist who watches his patient from sleep to full waking in the recovery room; the anaesthetist's presence in this operation is a requirement rather than a luxury, because its scope crosses beyond the surface layer and demands close monitoring of vital signs from the first minute to the last.
After the operation ends, the patient stays one day in hospital under medical observation, then returns to her home in Kenitra to begin recovery in her own surroundings; arrange that day beforehand: someone to drive, a bed raised a little, two pillows that help semi-seated sleep in the first days, and light food ready in the fridge.
Ask in the consultation about details many patients forget: how the implant size fitting your measurements was chosen, where the pocket will sit, and how the breast will feel across the first weeks from tightness to softness; a clear answer to these three draws the true path of expectations for you, and makes comparing two offers possible on one basis rather than on scattered promises.
Place follow-up calls at times that fit your schedule: after the working day that runs Monday to Friday, or at the opening of the weekend; the team following you over Telegram and Telegram at any hour receives your photographs and notes and passes them to the doctor, so the answer that returns is built on your own file rather than general advice repeated for everyone.
The return to work comes after seven to fourteen days from the operation in jobs that demand no physical effort, and the open span is explained by the kind of your day: the employee seated at her desk in one of the city's departments returns near its start, while the shopkeeper who lifts boxes or pushes goods waits for the wider end, fixed by the surgeon as her case develops.
Even that return carries rules inside the two weeks: the compression garment the surgeon chooses stays a daily wear rather than one night's guest, continuous sitting breaks with a light walk, and lifting anything heavy is postponed; the new breast in its first weeks tolerates ordinary life but not heroism, and the line between the two is drawn by the doctor, not by enthusiasm.
In the third week the next chapter of rules opens: the swelling eases and the scars form and begin their quiet course, with two clear limits in this period: no load above three kilograms, and no raising of the arms above shoulder level; a young mother in Kenitra knows exactly what these two limits mean in practice: the child is not carried in the arms these weeks, and the market trip sits until its end.
Arrange follow-up on this schedule: a photograph every week from the same angle and light sent to the team, and written notes about any unusual tightness or warmth; the team following you over Telegram and Telegram at any hour passes them to the doctor, so a timed answer settles the question before it grows in your mind.
In the first month the swelling subsides and the breast begins to take its natural shape and softness, and between the fourth week and the sixth the wider activity opens: fitness, swimming, pool and sea, while the compression garment continues across its full four-to-six-week span; and in the third month the discomforts leave entirely and the pocket around the implant completes, so training with weights begins in the city's gyms.
These months live on the measure of Kenitra's seasons: whoever started in cool January with nights of 7C found in wide winter clothes a natural cover for the healing stages, and whoever started near August's 28.7C chose loose light fabrics and the shade; and the pool that opens after four to six weeks finds in the city's pools an ideal space for the calm movement a healed body loves.
The rules of this period are simple but binding: the compression garment stays its full span even if the result looks early, strong training waits for the third month when the pocket completes, and carrying on the shoulders and repeated arm-raising are decided by the doctor; whoever wore the garment a few days and brought the third month's weights forward paid from the result's stability a price that is not returned.
When these months complete, the result becomes a closed, written file: a breast that took its natural shape and softness, a pocket completed around an implant in its place, and scars calming and fading with time; then you will understand why the surgeon asked for patience in the first weeks, and why the compression garment and the small limits were half of the true operation.
Before any date, examine the first sheet: the surgeon's entry on the roll of the National Council of the Order of Physicians, the independent institution that gathers all of Morocco's doctors by obligation in the public and private branches; ask for the entry number and the specialty and keep the answer in writing, noting that the council's site places no open lookup list at its entrance, which leaves your direct documented question as the road to reassurance.
Then ask every offer for a sheet that defines: the implant type and the size proposed for your measurements and its reasons, the position of the pocket, the visit plan through the third month, and the channel of answers between visits; breast augmentation belongs to operations where the gap in experience shows in small details, and papers alone show you who wrote his plan and who improvised it.
Beware of the three well-known ones: whoever promises you a size borrowed from another woman's photo, whoever hurries you to sign in one sitting, and whoever is embarrassed by the registration question; each of the three gives you information that enters the account, because this decision lives with you in every garment, every mirror and every family photograph in your house in Kenitra.
And grant the decision its full time: read the answers in quiet, consult the person who carries your trust, and raise whatever lingers in your mind to the team over Telegram and Telegram at any hour; the remote consultation was framed to move with your rhythm, and the time you grant your thinking is part of the result's quality, never a shortage of it.
No, the operation runs under general anaesthesia handled by an anaesthetist who monitors the patient from sleep to full waking; the implant type, size and pocket position are all decided at the consultation before the operation, general anaesthesia remains the accepted form for it in every case, and observation in hospital follows for a full day.
One day under medical observation, then you return to your home in Kenitra to begin recovery in your surroundings; arrange in advance who drives, a bed that allows semi-seated sleep with two pillows, and light food ready, since these small arrangements make the whole difference in the comfort of the first days.
After seven to fourteen days in jobs that demand no physical effort, and the span between the two dates the surgeon fixes according to the nature of your day and the progress of your case: seated desk work returns sooner, while lifting boxes and long standing in a market or workshop asks for a wider wait; whoever told her doctor the truth about her work got a precise timing rather than a general one.
Two clear limits: no load above three kilograms, and no raising of the arms above shoulder level, in the period when the scar tissue forms and the swelling eases; a young mother understands that her child is not carried in the arms these weeks, and a shopkeeper understands that the market's boxes wait, since the limit is temporary and the result lasts.
Fitness, swimming, pool and sea open between the fourth week and the sixth while the compression garment continues its full span of four to six weeks, and training with weights waits for the third month when the pocket around the implant completes; the gradual order here is a condition of the result rather than a luxury, and whoever brought the weights forward before the pocket paid from the shape's stability.
In the first month the swelling subsides and the breast begins to take its natural shape and softness, and the path completes in the third month when the discomforts leave and the pocket completes; across these months do not compare yourself with a sister who had the same operation, every chest completes on its own course, and monthly photographs from one angle are the most precise reader of the development.
The scars sit at the incision positions the plan designs according to your case, they form by the third week and then pass through stages of calming and gradual fading across the months with the care the surgeon recommends; ask at the consultation about the scar position in your own case and plainly, since it is one of the details a good surgeon writes into his plan without your asking.
Ask him for his entry number on the roll of the National Council of the Order of Physicians, the independent institution that gathers all of Morocco's doctors by obligation in the public and private branches, together with his exact specialty, and keep the answer in writing; the council's site places no open verification list at its entrance, so your direct documented request is the route, and whoever finds the question heavy has given an answer about himself worth writing down.
