The process
A personal correction plan, inpatient observation and a year of recovery monitoring.
1The surgeon assesses your figure, discusses your wishes and chooses the best volume, shape and correction method.
2We reserve a surgery date for you: the deposit can be paid by card at the clinic or online by bank transfer. The terms are fixed in the contract for medical services
3Before surgery you complete a full set of tests: blood tests, an ECG and other examinations prescribed by the doctor.
4Your surgeon carries out the mammoplasty following your personal plan, under general anesthesia and with constant monitoring of your condition.
5After surgery you stay in the clinic's comfortable inpatient ward under the care of the medical team until discharge.
6After surgery you get a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months help track your recovery. For a year after surgery, consultations with your surgeon are free.

Stop taking aspirin-containing drugs, steroids and hormonal medications for chronic conditions before surgery
Hormonal birth control pills must be discontinued a month or more before surgery
Complete your tests a week before the surgery
Follow a few simple rules before surgery: balance work and rest sensibly, sleep more, avoid stress, anxiety and strong emotions, and scale back physical activity.
Skip intense gym training for up to 40 days and avoid overly active aerobics; light cardio may be possible after a month. Pay attention to your diet and meals.
Swelling after surgery goes away after 3 weeks
Discomfort disappears after 3 months
Scars form in 3 weeks
Avoid exertion (lifting over 3 kg)
Inflammatory changes in the tissue resolve within 3 months, while a “pocket” forms around the implant
After the correction, recovery involves 1–1.5 months of compression garments
Do not raise arms above shoulder level for 3 weeks
Avoid baths and saunas for up to three months, and skip physiotherapy

We review your wishes at the consultation and model the planned result. The surgeon explains what the operation can do, so you understand exactly what we are aiming for.

Your surgeon follows your recovery and the changes in your breast shape for a full year; check-ups and dressings are included in the price.

We choose the shape, volume and correction method based on your anatomy and wishes. For augmentation, implant size and profile are chosen individually.

Your time matters to us: we work 24/7, booking is easy, and our personal approach adapts to your pace.

Once the surgeon has defined the extent of correction at the consultation, you get a clear surgery price — no surprises on the way to your result.

Recovery begins in a comfortable inpatient ward under round-the-clock nursing care. The stay and meals are already included in the price.
FAQ
Mammoplasty brings together several procedures: augmentation (implants to add volume), reduction (removal of surplus tissue and skin), mastopexy (lift for sagging breasts), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and asymmetry correction. The most suitable method is selected individually, guided by your wishes and the surgeon's advice.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
Complications are infrequent provided all recommendations are followed. They may include hematoma or seroma, infection of the wound, changes in nipple sensitivity (lower or higher), capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
Mammoplasty results hold for a long time, roughly 10–15 years after augmentation (up until implant replacement) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. Weight, pregnancy, the aging of skin and gravity play a role in duration. Supportive underwear and weight control help maintain the result.
Your ability to breastfeed after mammoplasty depends on the surgery type. For augmentation using an under-breast or armpit incision and an implant placed under the muscle, lactation is usually preserved: the glandular tissue is not damaged. A lift or reduction raises the risk, as ducts may be cut. Discuss this with your surgeon ahead of time.
Choosing an implant takes into account the material (silicone looks the most natural, saline is used less often), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. Your surgeon will select the best option for your anatomy and wishes.
The operation itself happens under general anesthesia, so nothing is felt. Moderate discomfort can occur in the first 1–3 days and responds to painkillers. By day 5–7 pain decreases a lot, and by weeks 2–3 discomfort is gone. In case of severe pain, tell your doctor right away.
Work is possible after 7–14 days, as long as it involves no physical exertion. Take light walks after 1–2 weeks. Fitness and swimming after 4–6 weeks; strength training after 3 months. Pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments are worn for 4–6 weeks. Timing depends on your recovery.
Mammoplasty has not been scientifically shown to increase the risk of breast cancer, and implants do not cause it. Keep up regular screening after surgery (self-exams, mammography and ultrasound) and always mention your implants to the doctor examining you.
After a caesarean section, mammoplasty is possible once full recovery is complete. At least 6–12 months must pass after the birth and after breastfeeding ends. A surgeon's consultation and check-up must take place before surgery.
Mammoplasty does leave scars, but in the hands of a skilled surgeon they are minimal. Incisions are placed in hidden areas: under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. Scars look reddish in the first months, yet within 6–12 months they fade and become nearly invisible.
Slight asymmetry early on, in the first weeks after surgery, is normal and is due to swelling and uneven healing. If the difference in shape or size persists after 3–6 months, get examined by your surgeon to identify the cause.
Following mammoplasty, the nipples and breasts may temporarily become less or more sensitive. Irritated nerve endings are the cause. In most cases normal sensitivity returns within 3–12 months. With no improvement after a year, visit your surgeon.
Implants are not directly influenced by hormonal drugs (contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy), yet swelling or breast tissue volume changes can result and temporarily affect appearance. Mention any such medications to your surgeon before surgery.

Implants are the core of augmentation, and their choice defines the look. Round or teardrop, smooth or textured shells, different sizes and profiles — every option changes the final contour. If you are weighing breast augmentation in Zliten, the plastic surgeon will compare the variants against your anatomy and help pick the one closest to the result you have in mind.
Here is the route in brief. Consultation and choice of implants. Lab tests and instrumental examinations. Surgery lasting on average 1.5 to 3 hours. One day under round-the-clock observation. Then a recovery program with swelling control and compression garments, plus check-ups at one week, three months and half a year. Women in Zliten follow this same sequence.
What do you pay for? From $4,700 (≈ LYD 30,500) covers the operation itself and everything around it: preparation with the surgeon, anesthesia, one day in an inpatient room with meals and 24/7 supervision, then twelve months of dressings, check-ups and surgeon follow-up. Consultations with the plastic surgeon are free. Anyone from Zliten can apply via the form or any messenger to arrange one.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

After two births I decided on a breast lift without implants. I chose Dmitry Sergeyevich and have no regrets. The result exceeded all my expectations: my breasts are lifted and the shape is youthful and firm. The incisions are minimal and almost invisible. I spent one day in the hospital, and the room was very comfortable. I recommend him!

In a municipality of about 203,790 people, as the 2025 figures put it, a woman who is thinking about breast augmentation often has nobody she wants to ask. That is exactly why the first step is private and written. Before you contact anyone, put down three short sentences: what bothers you about your shape now, how you want to feel afterwards, and what you definitely do not want. They become the compass for the entire conversation. Decide too who, if anyone, you want to know. Some women tell a husband or sister only, others keep it quiet until the first days pass, and either choice is fine as long as someone is there to support you when needed.
The photographs are taken at home. Stand straight in front of a plain light wall in daylight, without a bra or shaping garment, arms relaxed at your sides, and photograph from the front, both sides and three-quarter angles. They go into a direct chat with coordinators on Telegram or Telegram, available around the clock, and they are not displayed to relatives, neighbours or anyone in town. You can delete the chat when the consultation ends.
Tell the coordinator your age, weight, whether you have been pregnant or breastfed, any earlier chest surgery, allergies to medication and whether you smoke. Describe the look you want in your own words: natural for your frame, fuller at the top, or restoring volume lost after feeding a child. A sentence like that helps the surgeon more than any number, because the size that suits one body rarely suits another.
If you are still unsure, it is perfectly fine to ask questions without booking anything. The coordinator explains the steps and limits of the operation without commitment, and the surgeon's first view on whether your case is suitable comes back to you in the same chat. When the questions have settled you return to a saved conversation, and the decision is usually calmer than it was at the first message.
Breast augmentation is performed under general anaesthesia given by an anaesthesiologist, so you feel nothing during the operation. After surgery you stay in the hospital for one day. Ask early about fasting rules and which medicines to stop beforehand, and treat the answers seriously, since ignoring food and drink instructions is one of the commonest reasons an operation is postponed on the morning itself.
Pack a small bag: loose tops that open at the front, the surgical or compression bra your surgeon recommends, a phone and charger, and any regular medicines. Before you leave home, move everyday items to lower shelves. Later you will avoid raising your arms above shoulder level, and every cup or jar placed within easy reach spares you an awkward moment in the first week. Keep a glass with a lid and a straw on the bedside table, because you will need to drink without lifting your arms, and put your phone, earphones and a light book nearby; the first days are slow, and it helps to fill them with what comforts you.
Choose who stays with you in the hospital and who helps at home in the first days. Libya's weekend falls on Friday and Saturday, so an operation just before it frees a companion from work. The weekend, however, is not the recovery. A return to office work without physical exertion usually comes after seven to fourteen days, not after two.
Say openly if something about the anaesthesia, the scar or the way your breasts looked after nursing worries you. The more you say before the date, the clearer the answer, and the more you stay silent, the longer the worry follows you into the ward. You are entitled to ask for any point to be explained again, and the coordinators are on hand day and night for exactly that purpose.
You can go back to work, without physical exertion, after seven to fourteen days. Yet small things need planning. At around three weeks the swelling disappears and the scars form, and until then you avoid lifting anything over three kilograms and raising your arms above shoulder height. That means a heavy shopping bag, a big cooking pot and washing your hair with both hands up all need help or a workaround. Tiredness in the first week does not mean something is wrong, since the body needs rest after anaesthesia, but severe redness, mounting pain or a high temperature deserve an immediate message to the coordinator.
Mothers should note something obvious: a toddler who wants to be carried weighs well over three kilograms. Before the operation, decide with your family who lifts the little ones and pushes the trolley at the market, and who reaches the high kitchen cupboards. The first fortnight is harder than the rest, and anyone who plans for it in advance avoids a long list of surprises.
After about a month the swelling subsides and the breasts take on a natural shape and softness, and movement feels easier. For driving and light exercise ask the surgeon for exact dates and do not rely on how strong you feel, because a sense of strength can run ahead of what the tissues can bear. Every departure from the written plan can slow recovery instead of speeding it. Work out where you will sleep, too; lying on the back with the upper body slightly raised suits many women in the early weeks, and the surgeon will tell you the right position for your case.
By three months the discomfort has gone, inflammatory changes have resolved and a pocket has formed around the implant, which is usually when strength training is allowed. Send follow-up photographs on schedule, in the same light and the same stance, because they show the surgeon how the shape is settling and reassure you far better than checking the mirror every hour.
Compression garments are worn for four to six weeks, a period that falls entirely inside August or inside January depending on your date. August in Zliten averages a high of 33.6C and a low of 22.3C with no rain, so the fabric feels hot. Ask how many garments you need and wear soft cotton underneath to reduce rubbing and sweat. Prepare loose tops with wide sleeves that fit over the garment, and do not buy new clothes in today's size, because the shape changes over several weeks.
In January the average drops to 17.6C by day and 7.6C at night, February sits at 19.7C and 8.8C, and the garment feels almost welcome. Cold weather tempts people to warm up close to the body, so keep hot-water bottles and electric blankets off the chest unless the surgeon agrees. December and January rain, about 52 mm and 50 mm, calls for keeping dressings dry.
After four to six weeks, fitness, swimming in the pool and the sea are usually permitted again, a milestone for anyone living near the coast. Do not enter the water before the surgeon confirms from your photographs. When you do, start with short sessions and gentle movement before full swimming, and keep fresh scars out of direct sun, which is strong here for much of the year. Remember that beaches in July and August are crowded with families, so choose a quiet hour and good shade once permission is given, and watch for any redness or stinging in the skin.
Try not to place the operation in the same week as a large family event. Sitting long hours, greeting everyone and lifting children are tiring. Tell the coordinator about a wedding or celebration, and the surgeon can suggest a date that leaves several weeks between the operation and the dress, so you are not comparing a swollen chest with party photographs.
Ask every offer to state the implant type, shape, approximate size and position, the incision site and who gives the anaesthesia. An offer that says only natural enlargement cannot be compared with another. If a manufacturer is named, ask for the implant's certificate, its number and its production date, and do not accept a vague reply. Do not hesitate to ask how many similar cases the surgeon has followed and how they turned out; an honest question offends no serious professional.
Ask for the surgeon's name, specialty and experience in breast surgery specifically, then verify them with the competent health authority in Libya. We found no open source that names the licensing body precisely, so ask the official channels yourself rather than relying on an intermediary. Put the question plainly: how many augmentations have you performed, how often did a revision prove necessary and how was it handled?
Compare the follow-up plans closely. How many times do you send photographs, in which weeks, who answers if you feel unusual pain and what happens if an extra check is needed? A plan that ends on the day of surgery leaves out the three months in which the pocket forms and the shape settles, and those months are exactly where follow-up protects you. Ask also whether the plan includes a photographed review at three months, since that is the moment when the pocket and shape can be judged as settled.
Finally, show the written offer to a woman whose judgement you trust, a sister, friend or relative, and talk frankly. You do not need to decide in one night, and the coordinators are on the line around the clock for any new question. When the picture is clear from documents and not impressions, you will know whether this offer deserves your trust or whether to keep looking.
Take them at home against a pale wall in daylight, from the front and both sides, and send them in a direct chat with the coordinators on Telegram or Telegram. They are not published or shown to anyone, and you can delete the chat from your own phone when the consultation is over, keeping only the questions and answers you need. Should you wish to delete the chat afterwards, that decision is yours alone.
An anaesthesiologist uses general anaesthesia, and after surgery you stay in the hospital for one day. Follow the fasting and medicine instructions the coordinator sends before the date, because ignoring them can delay the operation, and bring a companion who can stay with you through the first night.
You can return to work without physical exertion after seven to fourteen days. Jobs that need lifting or raising the arms take longer, as set by the surgeon, so describe your work to the coordinator before the date and a schedule can be drawn up to fit it. Tell the coordinator if your work needs raised arms, as in teaching at a board or manual work.
At about three weeks the swelling disappears and the scars form. Until then you avoid lifting more than three kilograms and raising your arms above shoulder level. You will need help with the home, the kitchen and carrying children, and a compression garment is worn for four to six weeks. These instructions are temporary and exist to protect the pocket while it forms.
Exercise, swimming in the pool and the sea usually resume after four to six weeks, and strength training after about three months. Do not get in the water before the surgeon confirms from your photographs, and keep fresh scars out of direct sun.
After one month the swelling subsides and the breasts take on a natural shape and softness, and at three months discomfort disappears and a stable pocket forms around the implant. Do not judge the shape in the first week, and send your follow-up photographs on time so the surgeon can watch the development. Take every follow-up picture in the same pose and light so that comparisons stay accurate.
Ask for the implant type, shape, size and position, the incision site, the anaesthesia, the number and timing of follow-ups, and the surgeon's name and specialty. Verify him with the competent health authority in Libya, and decline any offer that promises a beautiful result without these details. Keep a written copy of everything you have agreed.
Write when pain exceeds what the surgeon described, when a fever appears and persists, when one breast swells noticeably more than the other, when the skin changes colour or when breathing becomes difficult. Send a photograph and a description to the coordinators, who are available around the clock, and do not wait for the follow-up date.
