FUE method, free of cuts or stitches

The donor area is the back of the head; grafts move from there through micro-punctures of about 1 mm and no scars are left. The shape is decided together with the doctor before the operation, taking your facial features into account. Transplanted hair grows for life: the beard can be trimmed and styled as usual.

The surgeon draws out the brow at the opening consultation, example photos are weighed up together, and the design keeps to the proportions of your face. Set at the angle of growth, the hairs give a result nobody reads as artificial. Brows that gave up growth after long years of tweezing benefit as well.

Process
From consultation to going home — all in one day
The consultation costs nothing and gives you a full explanation of FUE and DHI, answers to your questions, and an individual plan built for your surgery.
Once you're ready, the surgery date is reserved with a deposit, paid either by card at the clinic or online, and the terms are fixed in a medical services contract.
Preparation rests on a list of analyses that the clinic gives you, with instructions attached to make it simple.
This part of the treatment is done under local anaesthetic and passes painlessly.
For patients in Zliten, grafts come out of the donor area behind the head or beside the temples, free of stitches.
Surgeons settle the grafts into the areas where hair has disappeared.
The clinic sees to the recovery period, providing what is needed and setting out clear directions.
The crusts come off, the swelling eases, the skin restores itself
Not a failure. The shafts fall away, the roots remain in place
Strand by strand the growth comes, and the change is seen
Thicker hair, with the main volume and the contour now visible
A natural hairline and the final density take shape
Free, before the surgery and without obligation.

FUE costs $2,200 (≈ LYD 14,500), DHI costs $2,500 (≈ LYD 16,000), and the combined DHI+FUE method costs $2,700 (≈ LYD 17,500). The exact amount is confirmed at a free consultation after your grafts are counted, and it is fixed in the contract.
You spend a day on it and return home once it finishes.
Local anesthesia means patients sit through it feeling nothing.
FUE is the classic method: grafts are harvested with tweezers, with no cuts or stitches. DHI implants grafts without channels, using a Choi pen. A combined method harvests grafts by FUE and implants them with the DHI pen.
The doctor names the exact quantity at a free appointment, after looking at what the donor zone offers.
Healing occupies 0–10 days. The 2–4 week shedding of transplanted hair is normal and temporary. Regrowth starts from 3–4 months, real volume appears at 6–9 months, then the result matures at 12–18 months.
A lifetime guarantee of hair growth is included, confirmed in your contract.

Everything a resident of Zliten needs to know about the operation fits in a line: FUE and DHI, no cuts, no stitches, local anaesthesia, one day. Graft survival is 98-100 %, and a price from $2,200 (≈ LYD 14,500) is fixed in the contract after a free graft count.
Nobody in Zliten has to leave the house to begin. A free online consultation is the first move: photos of the affected area reach the doctor, who says whether a transplant would help at all. The clinic replies 24/7.
Healing is a matter of 0-10 days, the transplanted hairs shed at 2-4 weeks and that is expected, growth resumes at 3-4 months, density is obvious at 6-9 and the result is complete at 12-18. The clinic checks in at 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months by photo, and the growth guarantee lasts a lifetime.
Prices are in US dollars; the amount in brackets is an approximate conversion to LYD at the rate of 02.10.2026. The final price is fixed in your contract.

I had the operation a month ago. Before and after surgery they were always in touch and helped with questions about my tests. The operation itself went wonderfully, the staff are polite and masters of their craft, you feel you are in safe hands. I am recovering now, and they answer all my questions. I am happy and I recommend them!

The best clinic of all the ones I was choosing from. No regrets at all! The result is simply amazing, I am thrilled. I recommend it to everyone: these people do great work and make people happy. Once again, a huge thank you to everyone. Roman, the head of the clinic, is the best: he was personally in touch with me and looked after my recovery. Thank you for making my dream come true.

I thought about an eyebrow transplant for a long time and finally went for it. At first I was afraid the result would look unnatural, but when I saw my new eyebrows I was delighted! They came out full and in harmony with my face. I can hardly believe that now I just wash my face and go, I have never felt so free. For anyone tired of constant make-up, a transplant is a real lifesaver!

I really wanted a thick beard, but I had problems with it. I tried every home remedy and minoxidil, and nothing helped. After a long search for the best clinic I settled on this one. Thank you so much for the service, I liked everything and now I am happy! I had the beard transplant 10 months ago and I am very pleased with the result. By the way, the music in the clinic was great, as far as I remember. A friend of mine has already come to you for a transplant on my advice and was also happy with the result. I wish you every success!

I went to the clinic to see a trichologist and had a hair transplant. I really liked the doctor's approach, and all the recommendations helped. I want to point out that nobody tries to sell you extra services: they tell you things as they are, and if some treatment is not needed, they do not push it. Cosy and clean.

This may sound obvious, but a head of hair really changes everything in your life. You feel much more confident and go through life like a winner. And it is all thanks to the doctor at this clinic and to the staff who take care of their patients. Many thanks to the clinic for a happy life with new hair, for the comfortable conditions and for the professionalism during the hair transplant.

Zliten is a university town as well as a coastal one, home to Al-Asmariya Islamic University with its faculties of arts, science, economics, dentistry and education, and with around 203,790 residents in the municipality according to 2025 figures. A young graduate wondering about a receding temple and a middle-aged teacher with a thinning crown ask exactly the same first question: is my donor area strong enough? The answer starts with photographs, not with an appointment. Comparing yourself with a celebrity or with a friend's result rarely helps, because thickness, colour and the shape of the forehead differ from face to face; the useful comparison is between your head today and what it could become.
Take them in daylight with dry, unstyled hair. You need the front hairline straight on, both temples, the crown from above, the sides, and above all the back of the head where the grafts will be taken from. Trim long hair if it hides the thin zone. Do not comb strands over the gap or use a fibre powder, because the surgeon is trying to judge what is really there.
If you kept a passport photograph or graduation picture from ten years ago, send that too. Old pictures show how your hairline once sat, which helps the surgeon design a line that belongs on your face rather than copying a celebrity's. Then write when the loss began, whether close relatives lost hair at a similar age, which treatments you tried and any long-term illness or regular medication. If you have hidden the loss under a cap for years, say so openly, since it tells the surgeon how much it bothers you and helps him judge what you expect from the result.
All of this goes to the coordinators on Telegram or Telegram, who are available around the clock, and a first answer returns saying whether you look like a candidate and what the file still lacks. There is no waiting room and no booked slot. Your barber may have views on the growth direction at the back of your head, and it is fine to pass them on, but the medical judgement remains the surgeon's.
A hair transplant is carried out under local anaesthesia, which means the doctors numb the operating area and you stay comfortable throughout. You spend one day at the clinic and then go home. Ask the coordinator for the practical details: when to arrive, what to eat beforehand, whether to take your usual medicines and what to wear. A clear checklist removes most of the morning's anxiety. If you take blood thinners, supplements or other prescribed medicines, list every one in your message, because some need to be paused for a period only the surgeon can set.
Because the procedure involves long sitting, bring things to keep you occupied, such as headphones, a podcast, a small cushion and water. Wear a shirt that opens at the front rather than one pulled over the head, since it avoids friction on the treated area when you change at the end of the day. A good coordinator usually puts this small point on the preparation list. Sleep well the night before and eat something light; long sitting is easier on a rested body and harder on a tired one.
Do not drive yourself home. Arrange for a companion who can bring you back and stay with you the first night. In Libya the weekend falls on Friday and Saturday, so many patients choose the day before to secure two quiet days. That is sensible, but the weekend is only the first piece of recovery, and the full healing period continues well after it ends.
In the first nights, ask your surgeon how to sleep, because the back of the head has different sensitivity from the treated front. If you have small children or a pet that jumps on the bed, mention it, since an accidental knock in the first days is the kind of thing that harms a graft. These details seem trivial, yet they are the difference between a calm week and a stressful one.
Healing follows clear stages. In the first ten days the crusts fall away, the swelling goes down and the area recovers gradually. Between two and four weeks later the transplanted hairs shed, which is a normal stage in which only the hairs fall out and the follicles remain where they are. Do not read that as failure; send a photograph to the coordinator if it worries you. New hairs may also appear at different times across the scalp, so growth in one zone before another is a familiar variation and not a sign that something has gone wrong.
Suppose the operation is in October. Shedding then arrives in November, new growth starts to show at three to four months, around January or February, and visible density builds between six and nine months, roughly April to July. These are the stretches to wait through rather than fixed dates, because every scalp has its own rhythm, and a friend's calendar does not apply to yours.
Final results take shape at twelve to eighteen months, so an October operation settles somewhere between the following autumn and the spring after. By then the density and the natural hairline are in place. The middle stretch is the hardest, since the mirror seems to show nothing, and that is exactly when monthly photographs in the same light and from the same angle are your best encouragement.
Growth can start in one zone before another, and that is normal. If a patch seems slow, do not rush to conclusions. Show it to the coordinators and let the surgeon compare it with earlier pictures. Keep every photograph in a folder named by month, and after a year you will hold a small album of your own progress that settles doubt more reliably than memory. A habit of sending the same pictures on the same day each month makes the comparison honest, and it spares you the nervous daily check of the mirror.
Summers here are hot and dry. August averages 33.6C by day and 22.3C at night, July 33.0C and 21.3C, and neither month sees rain. Direct sun on a healing scalp does more damage than most people expect, so ask your surgeon when a head covering is needed, what type suits the grafted area and how to avoid heavy rubbing on the sensitive skin. Fridays are often spent on prayers and family calls, so ask in advance when it is fine to attend such occasions in a suitable head covering and whether to avoid crowds in the first week.
Winter is milder. January averages 17.6C by day and 7.6C at night, February 19.7C and 8.8C, with rain concentrated in December at about 52 mm and January at about 50 mm, out of roughly 233 mm over the year. Do not walk in the rain with an uncovered head in the first days, avoid washing with very hot or very cold water and follow the washing routine exactly as written.
People who work on roads, in groves or on open sites know sweat and grit are part of the day, so describe your job in detail to the coordinator. The surgeon may advise delaying outdoor work or lightening it for the first weeks, and may give cleaning instructions that suit your daily setting. What works for an office worker may not work for you. Anyone used to carrying loads or working in the field should ask when it is safe to return, so that the head is not exposed to pressure or rubbing during the fragile days.
Offices, banks and shopping areas are easier to return to than open-air work, but air conditioning blowing straight at the head is best avoided and crowds are best skipped in the first week. Ask when it is safe to restart sport, because heavy sweating and a rise in body heat have their say in the early weeks, and let the surgeon set the date.
Ask each offer to state in writing the proposed method, the estimated number of grafts, the donor and recipient areas, how the hairline will be designed and who carries out each stage. An offer that says only natural result and nothing more leaves the judgement to you after it is too late, whereas a detailed one gives you a clear base for comparison. If an offer bundles extra procedures, ask about each one plainly and whether your case truly needs it or whether it only enlarges the job.
Ask for the surgeon's name, specialty and experience in hair transplantation specifically, then verify these with the competent health authority in Libya before committing. We found no open source that clearly identifies the licensing body or the way to check, so ask the official channels yourself and do not treat an intermediary's word as verification. It takes a few minutes and can save you years of regret.
Ask plainly about follow-up. How many photographs are expected, in which months, who answers if redness or irritation appears in week three, and will the same coordinator hold your file? A plan that ends on the day of the procedure sells you half the service, because the next twelve months are what shape the result you will live with.
Give the decision time, show the written plan to someone close whose judgement you trust and compare it with your photographs and expectations. The coordinators answer around the clock, so there is no need to decide in one evening. When you return after a day or two with sharper questions, you will see whether the offer deserves your trust and whether the surgeon answers in detail. Keep a copy of everything you receive, because papers protect you when a conversation turns vague some weeks later.
Photograph the front hairline, both temples, the crown from above, the sides and the back of the head where grafts are taken, in daylight with dry hair. Do not hide thin areas with styling or fibre powder. If you have an older photograph showing your hairline years ago, send it too, since it helps the surgeon design a line that suits your face. If the coordinator asks for a photograph again, it is for accuracy and not a delay.
The transplant is done under local anaesthesia: the doctors numb the area so you remain comfortable throughout. You spend one day at the clinic and then return home. Even so, do not drive yourself after the session, and arrange a companion to stay with you through the first night. Ask for a written preparation list so you do not rely on memory on the morning of the session.
It is a normal stage. Between two and four weeks after the operation the transplanted hairs shed, while the follicles stay in place, and new growth begins at around three to four months. If what you see worries you, send a photograph to the coordinator instead of judging success or failure alone. If your new hair appears later than a friend's did, do not worry; every scalp keeps its own pace.
Visible density arrives between six and nine months, when the hair thickens and the main volume and contour show. The final result, with its full density and natural hairline, forms between twelve and eighteen months. Monthly photographs taken in the same light are a more honest guide than a quick look in the mirror. Store the monthly photographs in one folder and compare them calmly.
It does not rule it out, but it asks for better protection. August averages a high of 33.6C and has no rain, and direct sun is hard on a healing scalp. Ask the surgeon about head coverings and when to wear them, and if your date is flexible, winter is lighter on the first weeks. Follow the surgeon's advice on head coverings however small the point seems.
Mention every medicine or treatment you use in your first message, because the surgeon decides whether it continues or pauses before and after the operation. Do not stop a treatment by yourself or start a new one without telling the coordinator, since protecting the hair you still have is part of the whole plan. Never change a dose by yourself; only the surgeon can say what continues.
Ask for the full name, specialty and experience in hair transplantation, and verify them with the competent health authority in Libya. Then read the written plan for the number of follow-ups and who answers your questions. A serious offer speaks about the months after the session before it speaks about the day itself. The surgeon's advice on dates is built on your pictures and your work, so do not adjust it alone.
Photograph the area clearly and send it with a short description to the coordinators, who are available around the clock on Telegram and Telegram. Do not apply creams of your own or scratch the area, and wait for the surgeon's instruction. Reporting late does more harm than a message that turns out to be unnecessary. Follow every instruction in the written plan without exception.
