How it goes
A correction plan agreed with you, inpatient observation and a year of follow-up.
1The surgeon examines your figure, discusses your wishes and selects the best volume, shape and correction method.
2Your surgery date is reserved for you: the deposit can be paid by card at the clinic or online by bank transfer, and the terms are fixed in the medical services contract
3A complete pre-operative check-up comes first: blood tests, an ECG and the other examinations prescribed by your doctor.
4Mammoplasty is performed according to your individual plan. The surgery is done under general anesthesia while your condition is monitored throughout.
5Following surgery, you recover in a comfortable inpatient ward of the clinic with the medical team looking after you until discharge.
6After surgery you receive a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months track your progress, and consultations with your surgeon are free for a year.

Discontinue aspirin-based drugs, steroids and hormonal medications for chronic illnesses ahead of the operation
Hormonal oral contraceptives should be stopped at least a month before the procedure
Complete your tests a week before the surgery
Before the operation, follow some easy steps: maintain a sound work-rest balance, sleep more, avoid stress, anxiety and strong feelings, and reduce your physical load.
Avoid intense gym workouts for up to 40 days and overly active aerobics; after a month light cardio is possible. Watch your diet and meals.
Post-op swelling disappears after 3 weeks
After 3 months, discomfort disappears
Scars take shape within 3 weeks
Avoid physical exertion (lifting over 3 kg)
Inflammatory changes in the tissue resolve within 3 months, while a “pocket” forms around the implant
After the correction, recovery involves 1–1.5 months of compression garments
Do not raise arms above shoulder level for 3 weeks
Stay away from baths and saunas for up to three months; no physiotherapy

FAQ
Several procedures fall under mammoplasty: augmentation (volume increase with implants), reduction (excision of extra tissue and skin), mastopexy (lift of sagging breasts), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and asymmetry correction. The right method is chosen for each patient according to her wishes and the surgeon's advice.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
With every recommendation followed, complications seldom occur, though they can include hematoma or seroma, wound infection, reduced or increased nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
Mammoplasty results last a long time: about 10–15 years after augmentation (until implant replacement) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. Weight, pregnancy, skin aging and gravity affect how long it lasts. To maintain the result, wear supportive underwear and control your weight.
Your ability to breastfeed after mammoplasty depends on the surgery type. For augmentation using an under-breast or armpit incision and an implant placed under the muscle, lactation is usually preserved: the glandular tissue is not damaged. A lift or reduction raises the risk, as ducts may be cut. Discuss this with your surgeon ahead of time.
Implant selection considers material (silicone gives the most natural look; saline is less common), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. The surgeon picks the best fit for your anatomy and wishes.
The operation itself happens under general anesthesia, so nothing is felt. Moderate discomfort can occur in the first 1–3 days and responds to painkillers. By day 5–7 pain decreases a lot, and by weeks 2–3 discomfort is gone. In case of severe pain, tell your doctor right away.
You may go back to work (with no physical exertion) after 7–14 days, take light walks after 1–2 weeks, and do fitness and swimming after 4–6 weeks. Strength training is allowed after 3 months, pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments stay on for 4–6 weeks. Timing depends on your recovery.
Scientific evidence does not show that mammoplasty increases breast cancer risk. Implants do not lead to cancer. After surgery, stay on top of regular screening through self-exams, mammography and ultrasound. Always let the examining doctor know you have implants.
It is possible to have mammoplasty after a C-section, provided the body has recovered fully. Wait no less than 6–12 months after birth and after finishing breastfeeding. A surgeon's consultation and examination are needed before the operation.
Scarring is part of mammoplasty, but with an experienced surgeon it stays minimal. Incisions are hidden under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. During the first months scars appear reddish; within 6–12 months they lighten and become almost invisible.
It is normal to have slight asymmetry in the first weeks after surgery, because of swelling and uneven healing. If a difference in size or shape persists after 3–6 months, book an examination with your surgeon to find the cause.
Following mammoplasty, the nipples and breasts may temporarily become less or more sensitive. Irritated nerve endings are the cause. In most cases normal sensitivity returns within 3–12 months. With no improvement after a year, visit your surgeon.
Hormonal drugs (contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy) do not affect implants directly, but may cause swelling or changes in breast tissue volume, temporarily affecting appearance. Be sure to tell your surgeon about such medications before surgery.

Some patients want a modest change, others a noticeable one; both are possible with implants. Breast enlargement for Baqubah residents means an individually planned operation in which the surgeon selects implant type and placement. There is no scientific evidence that mammoplasty raises breast cancer risk, and implants do not cause cancer, though regular screening should continue afterwards.
Before the operation, a healthy balance of work and rest helps: sleep more, avoid stress and reduce physical activity for 1–2 months. Afterwards, avoid lifting over 3 kg and intense gym workouts for about 40 days; light cardio becomes possible after a month. Within three months the tissue settles and a pocket forms around the implant. Clear guidance is given to every Baqubah patient.
One payment, many components. For from $4,700 (≈ IQD 6,200,000), Baqubah patients receive result modelling at the consultation, surgery by a highly experienced team, a stay in inpatient rooms, meals, nursing supervision around the clock and support at every stage. Dressings and check-ups for the whole year are also included. The first step costs nothing: book a free consultation with the plastic surgeon.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

Most women who ask about breast augmentation in Baqubah do so late in the evening, once the children are asleep and the house has stopped receiving visitors. The reasons are personal and varied: volume lost after nursing, asymmetry that has bothered someone since adolescence, or simply a wish for proportions that match how she sees herself. None of these reasons needs defending to anyone, and the consultation begins the same way for all of them, with a written message and no obligation to speak to a stranger on the phone.
The operation places implants to restore size and shape, and the plan is built from your own measurements. The first message to the coordinators, who reply on Telegram and Telegram at any time of day or night, can include a few lines about what you hope to change, modest photographs that show the chest from the front and side, and a short note about pregnancies and nursing. From those lines the first opinion states whether you appear to be a candidate and which options for size, shape and implant position are worth discussing.
The town has well-known quarters, among them Yarmouk, Tahrir and Sawamera, and a decision like this is rarely discussed across their courtyards. That is a normal wish, and the process is arranged to respect it: the file carries your name only, and everything can be handled from home.
Baqubah sits on the Diyala river about fifty kilometres north-east of Baghdad, and the sense of privacy in its residential districts has deep roots. The name is Aramaic and means the house of Jacob; the Shabander mosque in the centre was built in 1882 and covers two thousand square metres; and in the Abbasid centuries the settlement was a station on the Khorasan road. A place that has hosted travellers and traders for so long is accustomed to discretion.
Gardens have shaped the town as much as its buildings. Oranges earned it the nickname Mother of Oranges, and a canal branch called Sarya Khrisan runs through it beside the river. Many families keep orchards or relatives who do, and a woman recovering at home has the advantage of a green, familiar setting, provided she keeps the first weeks of rest for rest and leaves the harvest and the carrying to others.
None of this changes the medical plan, which is the same for every patient and individual only in its details. What local knowledge adds is practical: which weeks of the year are busiest for your household, which relatives live nearby, and how much quiet you can realistically arrange.
Recovery works best when the date is chosen around the household rather than squeezed into it. Look at the months ahead and find a quiet stretch: no school examinations, no family weddings, no visiting season that would bring guests to the door. Spring and autumn in Baqubah are milder than the summer peak, when the average high reaches 45.0C in July and 45.3C in August, and many women prefer a date that does not fall in the hottest weeks while they are wearing a compression garment.
Next, decide who covers what. In the first week someone else drives the children, prepares the meals and receives the visitors, and that person should be named in advance, not hoped for on the day. A sister, a mother or a neighbour who has agreed beforehand will cost you far less stress than three relatives who each assume the other will help.
Finally, write your questions down. How should the implant size be matched to my frame? Where will the incision sit, and which clothes will it show under? What happens on the hospital day, and when are the follow-up visits? Send the page together with your first message and ask for the answers in writing. A woman who asks in order receives answers in order.
A good list covers four areas. About the implant: which type and size are suggested for my frame and why, and how will they look in my usual clothes? About the incision: where will it sit, and how will it be cared for? About the day itself: what happens from arrival to discharge, and who will I see? About the months afterwards: how many follow-up visits are included, and who can I message between them?
Keep the answers in one file that also holds the care sheet, your monthly photographs and the visit reports. At each appointment the surgeon then reads your whole story in a few minutes, and your questions are about the next step, not about starting again from the beginning.
If something in an offer sounds unclear, ask again until it is clear. A respectful team will not hurry you, and the replies you receive in writing are the best protection you have against misunderstandings later.
The operation is performed under general anaesthesia, managed by an anaesthesiologist, and the patient stays one day in hospital under observation before returning home. Pack your bag the evening before: a dress or blouse that buttons at the front and never needs to be lifted over the head, your documents, a charger and a phone with the coordinators' chat open for any question that appears.
At home, prepare the bed so that you can sleep on your back with pillows raising the upper body, and place what you need within reach at waist height, not on high shelves. Wear the compression bra in the type and size the surgeon specifies. During the first week your hands belong to rest and cleanliness, and any early carrying, however small it seems, charges a price to the way the implant settles.
Office work that involves no physical strain becomes possible within seven to fourteen days. If your job involves lifting, standing for long periods or carrying bags, such as market work or loading crates in the citrus season, agree a longer absence with the supervisor before the operation and not after it.
For the first three weeks, no raising of the arms above shoulder level, because the movement disturbs the settling of the implant. In practice this means that hanging washing on a high line, lifting a carpet to the roof or reaching for the top shelf must be handed to somebody else, and it is worth telling the family exactly which jobs are meant.
For the same three weeks, nothing above three kilograms may be lifted. A small child weighs more than that, so another adult has to do the lifting, along with the shopping bags and the heavy cooking pots. Resume lifting gradually afterwards, as the follow-up visits indicate.
Swelling after the operation fades within roughly three weeks, and the scars begin to form during the same period. The compression bra stays on for four to six weeks according to the surgeon's instructions, and the written schedule for removing, washing and refitting it should be followed exactly.
In a town where July averages 45.0C at the high point and August 45.3C, a compression garment is bearable only with some planning. Wear a thin cotton layer beneath it, keep the room moderately air-conditioned and move errands to the early morning or the evening. A garment that is washed on schedule and dried properly is also kinder to the skin.
Winter is cooler and wetter: the town receives about 186 mm of rain a year, most of it between November and March, and the January low averages 5.9C. For a woman recovering in those months the bra becomes a welcome extra layer, and the best time for a short walk is the mild midday, not a wet morning.
Movement returns by degrees. Begin with calm walking inside the house, then short distances along the bank of the Diyala once the surgeon allows. Swimming and the gym wait until four to six weeks have passed and the surgeon has given explicit permission, and any push, pull or sudden effort that raises pressure across the chest should be avoided until then.
Scar care starts around the third week and follows the surgeon's sheet, not the advice of neighbours. The usual elements are moisturising with the creams specified, patience with the early pink colour that fades over months, and full protection from sunlight. In Baqubah, where the August high reaches 45.3C, an exposed scar darkens easily, so keep it covered outdoors and pin the care sheet inside your wardrobe where you will see it.
At one month the swelling has subsided and the breasts take on a natural shape and softness. By the third month the discomfort has gone, the pocket around the implant has formed and the chest muscles are ready for strength training according to the surgeon's instructions. Whoever knows these stations in advance does not judge the result halfway through the road.
A simple album helps: one photograph each month, in the same daylight, from the same angle, in similar clothing, stored in a locked folder on the phone. Monthly change is quiet and the daily mirror misses it. Bring the album to each visit so the surgeon can read the settling against real dates and not against memory.
Before any discussion of sizes, check the surgeon. Iraq's Ministry of Health, formed in 1920, regulates the country's health work, and its structure includes an inspection department for governmental and non-governmental facilities and a quality-control division; the official site is moh.gov.iq. Ask for the surgeon's registration number and specialty and confirm them yourself.
Size, shape and implant position are decided by measurement of your frame, the thickness of your tissue and the state of your skin, never by copying another woman's photograph. A sensible plan explains why this position and not another, and why this size and not a larger one, in writing.
Compare more than one offer on paper before committing. Look at what the plan includes, how many follow-up visits come after the operation, who answers questions between them, and what happens if a concern appears two months later. Treat with caution any offer that asks for a decision within a single conversation, and take your time to decide from home.
Yes, in many cases. Mention the number of pregnancies, births and the length of nursing in your first message, so the first opinion is built on a complete picture of the tissue.
One day under observation after the operation, which is performed under general anaesthesia managed by an anaesthesiologist.
Not for the first three weeks. Raising the arms above shoulder level disturbs the settling of the implant, so hand those jobs to a sister or a neighbour.
Nothing above three kilograms for the first three weeks, and a small child weighs more than that. Arrange help in advance and resume lifting gradually as the follow-up visits indicate.
Office work without physical strain is possible within seven to fourteen days. Work that involves lifting or carrying needs a longer absence agreed with your supervisor beforehand.
For four to six weeks according to the surgeon's instructions. In summer wear a thin cotton layer beneath it and keep the room moderately cool.
In the first month the swelling subsides and the shape and softness appear; by the third month the discomfort has gone and the pocket around the implant has formed.
Only the people you tell. Messages are private and the file carries your name alone.
Ask for the registration number and specialty, and check them with Iraq's Ministry of Health through moh.gov.iq. Request the plan and answers in writing.
Ask why the suggested size and position suit your frame, where the incision will be, how many follow-up visits are included, and who answers questions between them. Write the replies into one file.
