How it works
A correction plan agreed with you, inpatient observation and a year of follow-up.
1The surgeon assesses your figure, discusses your wishes and chooses the best volume, shape and correction method.
2A surgery date is booked in your name: pay the deposit by card at the clinic or by online bank transfer. The terms are recorded in the contract for medical services
3Ahead of surgery you go through full testing — blood tests, an ECG and other examinations as prescribed by the doctor.
4The surgeon performs mammoplasty according to your individual plan. The operation takes place under general anesthesia with continuous patient monitoring.
5Following surgery, you recover in a comfortable inpatient ward of the clinic with the medical team looking after you until discharge.
6After surgery you get a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months help track your recovery. For a year after surgery, consultations with your surgeon are free.

Stop taking aspirin-containing drugs, steroids and hormonal medications for chronic conditions before surgery
Oral contraceptives with hormones should be discontinued at least a month beforehand
Complete your tests a week before the surgery
Before surgery, follow a few simple steps: keep a healthy work-rest balance, sleep more, avoid stress, anxiety and strong emotions, and reduce physical activity.
For up to 40 days, avoid hard gym workouts and very active aerobics; after a month you may do light cardio. Keep an eye on your diet and meals.
Post-op swelling disappears after 3 weeks
Discomfort fades after 3 months
Scars form within 3 weeks
No physical exertion (lifting over 3 kg)
Inflammatory changes in the tissue resolve within 3 months, while a “pocket” forms around the implant
Part of recovery after the correction is wearing compression garments for 1–1.5 months
No lifting arms above shoulder height — 3 weeks
Baths, saunas and physiotherapy are not allowed for up to three months

FAQ
The term mammoplasty covers several operations: augmentation (implants to increase volume), reduction (excess tissue and skin removed), mastopexy (a lift for sagging), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and correction of asymmetry. Which method is best is decided individually, from your wishes and the surgeon's advice.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
Complications are infrequent provided all recommendations are followed. They may include hematoma or seroma, infection of the wound, changes in nipple sensitivity (lower or higher), capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
The effect of mammoplasty lasts for years: about 10–15 years after augmentation (until the implants are replaced) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. Duration depends on weight, pregnancy, skin aging and gravity. Supportive underwear and a stable weight help the result last.
Breastfeeding after mammoplasty depends on the type of surgery. With augmentation through an under-breast or armpit incision and the implant placed under the muscle, lactation is usually preserved — the glandular tissue is not damaged. After a lift or reduction the risk is higher because ducts may be cut. Discuss this with your surgeon in advance.
When choosing implants, the factors are material (silicone looks most natural, saline is used less often), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. The surgeon will find the best option for your anatomy and preferences.
During the operation the patient is under general anesthesia and feels nothing at all. For the first 1–3 days there may be moderate discomfort, relieved by painkillers. By day 5–7 pain is much lower, and by weeks 2–3 discomfort passes. Report severe pain to your doctor straight away.
Most patients return to work (without physical exertion) after 7–14 days. Light walks are fine after 1–2 weeks. Fitness and swimming come after 4–6 weeks, strength training after 3 months, pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments are worn for 4–6 weeks. Exact timing depends on your recovery.
No scientific evidence shows that mammoplasty raises the risk of breast cancer, and implants do not cause cancer. After surgery, continue regular screening with self-exams, mammography and ultrasound, and always tell the examining doctor that you have implants.
Mammoplasty is possible after a C-section once your body has completely recovered. Leave at least 6–12 months after childbirth and after breastfeeding has ended. Surgery requires a prior consultation and check-up by the surgeon.
Mammoplasty leaves scars, yet a skilled surgeon makes them minimal. Incisions are made where they are hidden: under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. Scars are reddish at first, and within 6–12 months they fade until they are almost invisible.
Mild asymmetry soon after surgery is normal during the first weeks and is caused by swelling and uneven healing. If shape or size remains different after 3–6 months, your surgeon should examine you to establish the cause.
After mammoplasty, sensitivity of the nipples and breasts may change for a while, becoming lower or higher. This is due to irritation of the nerve endings. In most cases sensitivity comes back within 3–12 months. If nothing improves after a year, see your surgeon.
Hormonal medications (contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy) do not act on implants directly, yet they may lead to swelling or shifts in breast tissue volume that affect the look for a while. Make sure your surgeon knows about them before surgery.

What exactly changes with augmentation? Volume grows and the bust gains a rounder or a more natural teardrop profile, depending on the implant selected. If you are researching breast augmentation in Aswan, keep in mind that implants come smooth or textured and are selected for each body. With an under-breast or armpit incision and the implant placed under the muscle, lactation is usually preserved.
The journey begins with an initial consultation: the doctor examines and palpates the breasts to rule out lumps and discusses expectations with you. Patients from Aswan then complete a pre-op work-up — blood tests, coagulation panel, infection screening, ECG, chest X-ray and breast ultrasound. The surgery lasts 1.5 to 3 hours under general anesthesia, followed by one day of inpatient observation.
Budget matters, so the price is fixed upfront: from $4,700 (≈ EGP 250,000) for breast augmentation with implants. Nothing essential is billed separately — the team's work, anesthesia, meals, inpatient rooms, dressings and post-op visits over twelve months are part of the package. In-house instalments are available. To begin, Aswan residents simply leave a phone number and wait for the coordinator's call.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

Aswan counts roughly 370,000 residents in the 2024 figure, a river city in the far south whose university has been teaching students since it opened in 2012, and its lecture halls, schools and offices hold many women who arrange private matters around terms and exam weeks the way they arrange everything else. Some of them want to correct what pregnancy or breastfeeding changed; others have felt since girlhood that their natural size sat oddly with the rest of their frame. Both begin identically, with information rather than urgency.
The opening move is a written message, not a booking. A woman describes in her own words what bothers her and what size she hopes for, adds two or three photographs taken in plain daylight from the front and each side, and sends them to the Telegram or Telegram desk that answers at any hour. The first reply comes back in writing as well: what augmentation could realistically give her particular body, and where its limits sit.
Useful photographs need nothing fancy: standing straight, arms relaxed, plain single-colour underwear against a plain wall, daylight instead of yellow evening lamps. Three written lines go with them: age, pregnancies and nursing history, and how her weight has moved across the years. That much lets the reviewing surgeon say whether volume alone fits the case or whether skin that has already stretched asks for a different plan, and he can say it before any appointment is fixed.
Timing follows the academic year here. A student waits for the recess between terms; a lecturer picks the quiet marking week; a school administrator counts the weeks to the spring recess. Messages are written after the household settles at night, and nothing reaches relatives or colleagues unless the woman herself says so, because the correspondence stays inside her own phone and her own file from the first line to the last.
The operation is performed under general anesthesia with an anesthesiologist present throughout, and it ends with a single day in hospital so the team can watch the first hours of recovery before discharge. That night is the one clear break from ordinary life; everything afterward happens at home under written instructions, at the pace the body sets rather than the mood of the moment. Questions asked that first evening go through the same written channel as everything else.
Afterward the calendar reads plainly: office or study work without physical exertion resumes somewhere between the seventh and fourteenth day, and through the first three weeks nothing heavier than three kilograms gets lifted while the hands stay below shoulder height, so the swelling can clear and the scars begin to mature. None of it is complicated, but each line gets easier when the household agrees to it before the operation day instead of improvising afterward.
A city that has organized its shifts around the chemical works established here in March 1956 knows how to schedule life around a single absence. Kitchen duty, the school run and the weekly market round are redistributed across relatives in one conversation, and the Friday and Saturday weekend stretches those first quiet days without touching a single day of annual leave. Teams there plan a whole season around one missing pair of hands, which is the same skill a recovery month asks of a house.
The first fortnight fits on one sheet: who cooks, who carries the smallest child, which errands move to another pair of hands, and where the written instructions live so nobody depends on memory. Anything unusual, a one-sided sharpness, a fever, a sudden change on one side, goes back through the same Telegram or Telegram channel the same day, and the reply names whether it belongs to the normal schedule or wants a closer look.
The road southwest to Abu Simbel runs about 290 kilometers across the desert, and nobody in this city sets out along it on a whim; the distance is known, the schedule is written, the water is counted. Implant choice follows the same habit of mind. Round shapes build their fullness toward the top of the chest and read rounder in clothing; anatomical ones trace a slope closer to what natural tissue gives. Neither wins in the abstract.
Measurements settle the argument: chest width, the elasticity of the skin, how much tissue is already there, and the look the woman herself describes. A surgeon who writes down why a certain shape and size suit her particular frame is worth more than a friend's pleasing example, because two women chasing the same wished-for size can need entirely different implants once their own bodies are measured. His written reasoning also becomes the record she rereads when the swelling has faded and second thoughts start talking.
Position is the second decision, above or below the chest muscle, and tissue thickness decides it. The choice shapes how the outline looks in the first year, whether an edge shows at all, and how the result sits on the body as the years pass. A slim athletic woman and a woman with fuller natural tissue can receive opposite recommendations in pursuit of the same goal, and both recommendations can be right.
The incision goes where clothing hides it: in the crease under the breast, around the areola, or in the armpit, according to the case. It forms within roughly three weeks and then softens month by month, at whatever speed the skin type allows. Strong southern sun on a fresh scar darkens it anywhere on earth, so the shade this city already keeps by the Nile doubles as scar care through the first year.
Movement returns gently, and the Plantation Island in the river, ranked among the oldest and largest botanical gardens in the world, gives the first walks somewhere beautiful and perfectly flat: short circuits at an easy pace while the arms stay low and the compression garment sits underneath loose cotton. The boat across takes minutes, so the outing never turns into a day's project, and walking asks nothing of the shoulder muscles that are still resting.
The thermometer shapes the schedule more than anything else. The year here averages a high of 34.2C against a low of 20.0C, with July and August at the top around 41.9C, while January eases to 23.2 by day and 10.0 at night. A garment worn four to six weeks is tolerable in any month but plainly kinder between October and March, which is why women with freedom of timing aim the operation at that stretch.
Swimming, the pool and the sea come back between the fourth and sixth weeks, together with general fitness, as the garment period ends. Winter water is cool enough that a midday hour sits better than an evening one, and a light covering over the scars keeps the young lines out of the sun. Strength training waits for the third month, when the discomfort of the first weeks has resolved and the pocket around the implant has finished forming.
The first month is the deceptive one: most swelling has gone and the breasts take on their natural shape and softness, yet the mirror exaggerates every small change from morning to evening. Qubbet el-Hawa, the rocky hill on the west bank, has watched this river settle into its course longer than any calendar, and recovery rewards the same patience: dated photographs in the same light tell the truth a morning mirror will not.
What began in January 1920 as the Egyptian Medical Association has carried the title of syndicate since 1926; today the Egyptian Medical Syndicate keeps a general register of more than 230,000 physicians, fills a council of 24 seats, and assists the Ministry of Health in granting doctors their licence to practise. A woman in Aswan may simply ask her surgeon for his registration number and exact specialty, and expect the answer in writing.
Three questions, written down in advance, sort a serious offer from a smooth one: why this shape and this position for my body specifically; who answers questions between the follow-up visits, and through which channel; and what the first fortnight at home looks like for a household like mine. Surgeons used to being checked answer each in a paragraph, the same day, and vague replies to precise questions are themselves information.
A second opinion takes patience and nothing else: the same photographs and the same three lines go out once more, and two written replies are laid side by side to see which one engages the specifics and which one repeats a brochure. The Telegram and Telegram desk stays open at any hour through all of it, so the comparison happens at home, unhurried, and no offer that fears questions gets the last word.
Nothing about this operation is urgent, which is precisely why the pace belongs to her. It is an elective and deeply personal decision, arranged privately and on her own plan, and the weeks spent comparing papers are part of the decision rather than a delay of it. A city whose oldest monuments took generations to finish can afford its women a month of reading before any signature. The folder she builds now, of written answers and dated photographs, stays useful for years after the operation day.
No. It is performed under general anesthesia with an anesthesiologist present throughout, so there is no sensation during the surgery itself, and the first night passes in hospital under observation. The days afterward bring tightness and soreness that prescribed medication keeps within comfortable limits, and anything sharp, one-sided or accompanied by fever goes straight back to the medical team through the usual written channel.
Work without physical exertion resumes between the seventh and fourteenth days. For three weeks nothing heavier than three kilograms gets lifted and the hands stay below shoulder height; swimming and general fitness return at four to six weeks as the compression garment comes off; and strength training waits for the third month, when the implant's pocket is fully formed and the discomfort has resolved.
Any month works, but comfort differs. July and August average highs near 41.9C, which makes weeks in a compression garment tiring, while December and January sit near 24.5 and 23.2 by day with nights around 11 and 10. Most women with freedom of timing choose the stretch from October to March and spend the garment weeks in light clothing instead of fighting the heat.
The measurements do: chest width, skin elasticity, existing tissue and the look the woman describes. Round adds fullness toward the top of the chest; anatomical follows a slope closer to a natural line. Ask the surgeon to write down why his recommendation fits your frame specifically; a written reason you can reread is worth more than a friend's example or a catalog picture.
It is placed in the crease under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit, wherever the case allows it to hide. It forms within about three weeks and then softens gradually across the following months, at a speed the skin type sets. Keep strong sun off it outdoors during the first year, the same shade this city practices along the river.
The pool, the sea and ordinary fitness work come back between the fourth and sixth weeks, when the compression garment period ends. Start with unhurried sessions, cover the young scars in the sun, and hold strength training until the third month, when the implant's pocket is complete and the first-month discomfort is gone.
Ask him for his registration number and exact specialty, and expect the answer in writing. The Egyptian Medical Syndicate, which grew out of the Egyptian Medical Association founded in January 1920 and took its syndicate name in 1926, keeps a general register of more than 230,000 doctors and works with the Ministry of Health on licensing. A serious practice answers the same day; hesitation there is itself an answer.
Yes. A written description of what bothers you, two or three daylight photographs from the front and sides, and three lines of history are enough for an honest first reading of what augmentation could do for your frame. The Telegram and Telegram desk answers at any hour, nothing is signed by sending a message, and the file stays yours throughout.
