What to expect
An agreed correction plan, inpatient observation and recovery monitoring for a year.
1The surgeon examines your figure, discusses your wishes and selects the best volume, shape and correction method.
2We hold a surgery date for you. You can pay the deposit by card at the clinic or online by bank transfer; all terms are set out in the contract for medical services
3A complete pre-operative check-up comes first: blood tests, an ECG and the other examinations prescribed by your doctor.
4Your surgeon carries out the mammoplasty following your personal plan, under general anesthesia and with constant monitoring of your condition.
5Once the operation is over, you stay in the clinic's comfortable ward under the medical team's supervision until discharge.
6After surgery you get a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months help track your recovery. For a year after surgery, consultations with your surgeon are free.

Before surgery, come off aspirin-containing drugs, steroids and any hormonal medications for chronic conditions
Hormonal oral contraceptives should be stopped at least a month before the procedure
Take your tests a week before surgery
To prepare for surgery, stick to a few simple guidelines: balance work with rest, get extra sleep, avoid stress, anxiety and strong emotions, and limit exercise.
For as long as 40 days, stay away from intense gym workouts and overly active aerobics; light cardio is possible after a month. Monitor your diet and meals.
Swelling from surgery fades after 3 weeks
Within 3 months, discomfort disappears
Scars form within 3 weeks
No physical exertion (lifting over 3 kg)
Within 3 months, inflammation in the tissue fully resolves and a “pocket” takes shape around the implant
After the correction, recovery involves 1–1.5 months of compression garments
No lifting arms above shoulder height — 3 weeks
Avoid baths and saunas for up to three months, and skip physiotherapy

FAQ
Mammoplasty covers several procedures: augmentation (increasing volume with implants), reduction (removing excess tissue and skin), mastopexy (lift for sagging), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and asymmetry correction. The best method is chosen individually based on your wishes and the surgeon's advice.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
Complications are uncommon if every recommendation is followed, but possible ones include hematoma or seroma, wound infection, lower or higher nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
You can expect a long-lasting mammoplasty result: about 10–15 years after augmentation (until the implants are replaced) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. How long it lasts is affected by weight, pregnancy, skin aging and gravity. Wear supportive underwear and control your weight to keep it.
The ability to breastfeed after mammoplasty depends on the type of operation. With augmentation through an under-breast or armpit incision and a submuscular implant, lactation usually remains, because the glandular tissue is not harmed. After a lift or reduction the risk is greater, as ducts may be cut. Raise this with your surgeon ahead of time.
Selecting an implant means weighing material (silicone looks the most natural, saline is less often used), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. The surgeon then chooses the optimal option for your anatomy and wishes.
Under general anesthesia the patient feels nothing during the operation. Some moderate discomfort can appear in the first 1–3 days and is controlled with painkillers. By day 5–7 pain lessens markedly, and discomfort ends by weeks 2–3. Tell your doctor right away if the pain is severe.
Work (without physical strain) is possible after 7–14 days. Gentle walks after 1–2 weeks. Fitness and swimming after 4–6 weeks, strength workouts after 3 months. The pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments are needed for 4–6 weeks. Exact dates depend on how your recovery goes.
Scientific evidence does not show that mammoplasty increases breast cancer risk. Implants do not lead to cancer. After surgery, stay on top of regular screening through self-exams, mammography and ultrasound. Always let the examining doctor know you have implants.
It is possible to have mammoplasty after a C-section, provided the body has recovered fully. Wait no less than 6–12 months after birth and after finishing breastfeeding. A surgeon's consultation and examination are needed before the operation.
Mammoplasty does leave scars, but with a skilled surgeon they are minimal. Incisions are made in hidden areas — under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. In the first months scars are reddish, but within 6–12 months they fade and become almost invisible.
It is normal to have slight asymmetry in the first weeks after surgery, because of swelling and uneven healing. If a difference in size or shape persists after 3–6 months, book an examination with your surgeon to find the cause.
A temporary decrease or increase in nipple and breast sensitivity is possible after mammoplasty, caused by irritated nerve endings. Most of the time sensitivity returns within 3–12 months. If it has not improved after one year, see your surgeon.
Hormonal drugs (contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy) do not affect implants directly, but may cause swelling or changes in breast tissue volume, temporarily affecting appearance. Be sure to tell your surgeon about such medications before surgery.

Breast augmentation is a mammoplasty in which implants add volume and correct the shape of the breasts. For patients from Al Kharj, the surgeon helps choose the implant material, shape, surface, size and profile to match individual anatomy. Silicone implants give the most natural look, and both round and anatomical teardrop shapes are available. The procedure suits women who want fuller breasts or a better contour.
Inside the operating room the process is methodical: antiseptic treatment, marking of incision lines and the new breast position, general anesthesia, an incision chosen for your anatomy, creation of a pocket and placement of the implant. Drains are used only if needed, and a sterile dressing plus compression garments finish the procedure. For Al Kharj patients, the inpatient stay afterwards is one day.
Pricing is transparent: from $4,700 (≈ SAR 18,000) for augmentation, the same for breast reduction or a lift without implants, and $5,400 (≈ SAR 20,500) for a combined lift with implants. Reconstruction is priced on request. For people from Al Kharj, the plastic surgeon consultation is free, and in-house instalments make planning easier. Leave a request to get your personal correction plan.

I went to Dmitry Sergeyevich for breast augmentation with implants. At the consultation everything was explained in detail, and together we chose the best size. The operation under combined anaesthesia took 2 hours, and I was discharged home the next day. The swelling went down in about a month, and my breasts look very natural. The year of follow-up care is a real lifesaver: you can always ask a question and get an answer. Thank you to the clinic!

After two births I decided on a breast lift without implants. I chose Dmitry Sergeyevich and have no regrets. The result exceeded all my expectations: my breasts are lifted and the shape is youthful and firm. The incisions are minimal and almost invisible. I spent one day in the hospital, and the room was very comfortable. I recommend him!

Al-Kharj is not a huge metropolis — the governorate's population stood at 373,177 in the 2022 national census — and in a community that size, where neighbours and extended family tend to know each other's business, the first thing many women ask about is simply how private the process can be kept from the very first message onward. There is no walk-in visit required to start: a short description of the goal, sent to a coordinator on Telegram or Telegram at any hour, is enough for a surgeon to respond with an honest read on round versus anatomical implants and what suits the patient's own frame.
Questions from this governorate also tend to be practical rather than abstract: how long the surgery itself takes, how many days off work it realistically needs, and what the first weeks actually feel like day by day, rather than only what the end result looks like. Many also prefer to keep the whole first conversation — photos, questions and replies — in writing rather than on a voice or video call, since that leaves time to word a question precisely and to reread an answer before deciding anything.
The procedure is carried out under general anaesthesia, with the surgeon following a plan agreed at the consultation, and a hospital stay of one to two days afterward lets the medical team keep an eye on early healing before the patient goes home. Swelling in the first days is normal and settles within about three weeks, while general discomfort fades more completely over roughly three months as the tissue around the implant continues to adjust.
A compression garment is worn for one to one-and-a-half months, and for the first three weeks arms should not be raised above shoulder height, which rules out a lot of ordinary daily reaching and lifting during that early stretch rather than just gym work.
Few places make a compression garment harder to wear comfortably than Al-Kharj in July or August, when the daytime average climbs to roughly 48°C and even the overnight low sits near 31°C; winter is a different city altogether, with highs around 18°C and lows near 5°C once December and January arrive. A garment that already runs warm by design is simply more demanding in that kind of heat, so breathable fabric underneath it, a cool bedroom at night and staying ahead on fluids matter more here than they would in a milder climate.
The rule against saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for up to three months lines up naturally with Al-Kharj's own climate: a very hot shower or sitting in a car without air conditioning for long stretches works against the same swelling that is meant to be settling down. Some patients simply prefer scheduling the procedure for the cooler months between September and January so that the most restrictive early weeks fall outside the hottest part of the year, though nothing about the medical timeline itself changes with the season.
Scars along the fold under the breast or around the areola begin forming within about three weeks and keep fading for six to twelve months; direct sun on young scar tissue speeds up discolouration anywhere, and Al-Kharj's sun is stronger than most, so keeping the area covered or shaded outdoors during that stretch is worth the small habit. Office-type work is usually possible again after seven to fourteen days, light walking after one to two weeks, and fitness or swimming from four to six weeks, with strength training held off until around three months. Slight asymmetry in the first weeks is also normal, driven by swelling and uneven early healing rather than anything wrong with the surgery itself, and it typically settles on its own within the following months.
Breast and nipple sensitivity can change for a while after surgery, up or down, as nerve endings settle, and most patients see it return to normal somewhere between three and twelve months; if nothing has shifted after a year, that is worth raising with the surgeon directly. Scheduled check-ins at seven days, three months and six months give a patient in Al-Kharj fixed points to ask questions rather than guessing at what a given week should feel like. Bringing the photographs and measurements discussed at the consultation to later visits keeps the conversation about size and shape concrete rather than a matter of recollection.
Every physician practising in Saudi Arabia is registered through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), which licenses doctors by specialty and runs its own registration-verification service online. Asking a prospective surgeon for that detail, and checking it through the Commission directly rather than relying on a certificate shown on a screen, is a reasonable step before agreeing to a date.
Saudi Arabia's cooperative health insurance has been compulsory for non-Saudi employees since 2005 and for Saudi private-sector workers since 2008, under a system built to fund essential and curative care. An elective procedure chosen for appearance, such as breast augmentation, sits outside that basic coverage, so it is arranged and paid for privately — the same arrangement that applies to cosmetic surgery in most health systems worldwide, regardless of who is covered for everyday medical needs. A patient in Al-Kharj who also holds supplementary cover through an employer or a private insurer is better off asking that provider directly before booking than assuming the basic scheme stretches to an elective procedure of this kind.
In a governorate where people recognise each other, opening a comparison between two offers opens a channel for gossip before it opens one for a decision, so make it a comparison of documents rather than conversation. Ask each side for exactly the same things: the surgeon's registration number with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties so you can verify it through the portal yourself, and a written plan stating the proposed implant type, round or anatomical, the size suited to your frame specifically, and the duration of the compression garment and hospital stay.
Then compare the structure of follow-up rather than the day of surgery alone: does each offer carry fixed review points at seven days, three months and six months, and who answers between those dates and through which channel? Keeping the entire first stage in writing, from photos to replies, is a preference many women here share, so ask each side whether it can work that way. A party that pushes you toward an immediate call or a same-sitting decision loses ground in the comparison, because a decision made calmly is the one you do not regret.
Prepare one sheet with three identical questions, send it to each side through the coordinator on Telegram or Telegram at any hour, then reread the answers twice, alone, away from the family group. Hold any extra question for a second round rather than the first meeting, since a real comparison shows itself in the consistency of answers, not in their polish. Remember that the paper which convinces you is the one answering your specifics, not the one that merely sounds better.
Yes, once the body has fully recovered — generally at least six to twelve months after giving birth and after breastfeeding has stopped completely, confirmed at a consultation with the surgeon beforehand.
Yes. A description of your goals and a few photos sent to a coordinator on Telegram or Telegram, available at any hour, are usually enough for a surgeon to discuss implant type and size before any in-person step or booking.
Swelling settles within about three weeks, a compression garment is worn for one to one-and-a-half months, office work is possible after seven to fourteen days, and general discomfort fades more fully by around three months, with the final shape judged over the following several months.
Yes — summer daytime highs average close to 48°C here against about 18°C in winter, so the garment feels considerably warmer in July and August. Some patients prefer scheduling for the cooler months between September and January for that reason alone.
Fitness and swimming are usually possible from four to six weeks after surgery, with strength training introduced from around three months, once the surgeon confirms the tissue has settled enough.
They form within about three weeks and keep fading for six to twelve months. Incisions are placed in discreet spots such as under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit, and keeping them shaded from direct sun helps the fading process.
Ask for their registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), which licenses practitioners nationwide and offers an online verification service, and confirm the details there rather than taking a certificate at face value.
Generally no. Compulsory cooperative health insurance here is designed around essential and curative medical care; an elective cosmetic procedure like breast augmentation falls outside it and is arranged and paid for privately.
Yes. Sensitivity can go up or down for a while as nerve endings settle, and it usually returns to normal somewhere between three and twelve months. If nothing has changed after a full year, it is worth discussing with the surgeon at a follow-up.
Keep the whole comparison written from the first message: photos, questions and replies travelling through the coordinator on Telegram or Telegram at any hour, with no calls and no family sessions at this stage. Let the only relative involved be the one you trust, and let paper give you the time to read and weigh everything before a single word is spoken aloud.
Ask each side to write down why it chose that implant type and size for your frame in particular, not a general reply. An offer that explains a medical reason tied to your measurements and tissue answers like it has read your file; one that repeats a marketing phrase answers like it has read nothing, and that alone sorts the whole comparison.
