How it works
An agreed correction plan, inpatient observation and recovery monitoring for a year.
1The surgeon assesses your figure, discusses your wishes and chooses the best volume, shape and correction method.
2Your surgery date is reserved for you: the deposit can be paid by card at the clinic or online by bank transfer, and the terms are fixed in the medical services contract
3Ahead of surgery you go through full testing — blood tests, an ECG and other examinations as prescribed by the doctor.
4Your surgeon carries out the mammoplasty following your personal plan, under general anesthesia and with constant monitoring of your condition.
5Following surgery, you recover in a comfortable inpatient ward of the clinic with the medical team looking after you until discharge.
6After surgery you get a recovery programme. Check-ups at 7 days, 3 and 6 months help track your recovery. For a year after surgery, consultations with your surgeon are free.

Stop using drugs with aspirin, steroids and hormonal medications prescribed for chronic conditions before surgery
At least one month before the procedure, oral hormonal contraceptives should be stopped
Take your tests a week before surgery
Follow a few simple rules before surgery: balance work and rest sensibly, sleep more, avoid stress, anxiety and strong emotions, and scale back physical activity.
Up to 40 days without intense gym workouts or overly active aerobics; after a month you can try light cardio. Stay mindful of your diet and meals.
Post-op swelling disappears after 3 weeks
Discomfort disappears after 3 months
Scars form within 3 weeks
No physical exertion (lifting over 3 kg)
It takes up to 3 months for inflammatory tissue changes to resolve and for a “pocket” to form around the implant
You wear compression garments for 1–1.5 months while recovering from the correction
No raising arms above shoulder level — 3 weeks
Avoid baths and saunas for up to three months, and skip physiotherapy

FAQ
The term mammoplasty covers several operations: augmentation (implants to increase volume), reduction (excess tissue and skin removed), mastopexy (a lift for sagging), reconstruction (after mastectomy) and correction of asymmetry. Which method is best is decided individually, from your wishes and the surgeon's advice.
Message us — our coordinator will get back to you shortly and book your consultation. The plastic surgeon consultation is free.
As long as all recommendations are kept, complications are rare. Among the possible ones: hematoma or seroma, wound infection, reduced or increased nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture, aesthetic asymmetry, wound separation and tissue necrosis.
A mammoplasty result lasts a long time, about 10–15 years after augmentation (until implants need replacing) and 5–10 years after a lift or reduction. Its longevity is affected by weight, pregnancy, skin aging and gravity. Supportive underwear and weight control help preserve it.
Breastfeeding after mammoplasty is determined by the type of surgery. Augmentation through an under-breast or armpit incision, with the implant under the muscle, usually preserves lactation, since the glandular tissue is left undamaged. The risk is higher after a lift or reduction because ducts may be cut. Talk to your surgeon about it in advance.
Choosing an implant takes into account the material (silicone looks the most natural, saline is used less often), shape (round or anatomical teardrop), surface (smooth or textured), size and profile. Your surgeon will select the best option for your anatomy and wishes.
During the operation the patient is under general anesthesia and feels nothing at all. For the first 1–3 days there may be moderate discomfort, relieved by painkillers. By day 5–7 pain is much lower, and by weeks 2–3 discomfort passes. Report severe pain to your doctor straight away.
You may go back to work (with no physical exertion) after 7–14 days, take light walks after 1–2 weeks, and do fitness and swimming after 4–6 weeks. Strength training is allowed after 3 months, pool and sea after 4–6 weeks. Compression garments stay on for 4–6 weeks. Timing depends on your recovery.
Science has found no evidence that mammoplasty increases the risk of breast cancer. Implants are not a cause of cancer. After the procedure, go on with regular screening, including self-exams, mammography and ultrasound, and always tell the examining doctor about the implants.
Mammoplasty after a C-section is possible, but your body must fully recover first. Wait at least 6–12 months after giving birth and after breastfeeding ends. A surgeon's consultation and check-up are required before surgery.
Mammoplasty does leave scars, but with a skilled surgeon they are minimal. Incisions are made in hidden areas — under the breast, around the areola or in the armpit. In the first months scars are reddish, but within 6–12 months they fade and become almost invisible.
Slight asymmetry is normal in the first weeks after surgery and comes from swelling and uneven healing. When a difference in shape or size lasts beyond 3–6 months, visit your surgeon for an examination to pinpoint the cause.
Sensitivity in the nipples and breasts may shift temporarily after mammoplasty, decreasing or increasing, because the nerve endings are irritated. It returns within 3–12 months in most cases. If it has not improved after a year, go see your surgeon.
Hormonal drugs such as contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy do not influence implants directly. They may, however, cause swelling or breast tissue volume changes that temporarily affect how the breasts look. Inform your surgeon of these medications before surgery.

Augmentation mammoplasty is an elective aesthetic operation carried out under general anesthesia. It is chosen by women in Chandigarh who want more volume or a corrected contour. Anatomical precision matters here: the plastic surgeon marks the new breast position, plans the access around your anatomy and fits an implant that respects your proportions, keeping the look natural rather than artificial.
Nothing is rushed. First, surgeon and patient agree on a plan together; then a full diagnostic work-up confirms it is safe to proceed. During surgery you feel nothing thanks to general anesthesia. The first one to three days bring moderate discomfort relieved by painkillers, and by the second or third week it passes. That is the typical course for women in Chandigarh.
What do you pay for? From $4,700 (≈ ₹455,000) covers the operation itself and everything around it: preparation with the surgeon, anesthesia, one day in an inpatient room with meals and 24/7 supervision, then twelve months of dressings, check-ups and surgeon follow-up. Consultations with the plastic surgeon are free. Anyone from Chandigarh can apply via the form or any messenger to arrange one.
